10/10Elegant restaurant, delicious food, great service. The Dalmatian fish soup is our favorite dish! The wine list is outstanding: Many Champagnes and Franciacortas plus a wide variety of local wines, including Vitovska, which we discovered in Trieste and loved!

10/10I think the whole package was perfect. The service was very nice and friendly. The Food was top. And the ambiente was good. All in all a very lovely place. I would recommend it to everybody.

4.5/10They never offered us to order a second course. Never brought us another bottle of wine. Service was SLOW like we were invisible . The food wasn’t even worth it. We heard great things and experienced nothing more than an angry, tired staff who didn’t want us there and didn’t want to be there themselves. Definitely skip it.

10/10Wonderful food and marvelous service in an inviting room. It is clear that the kitchen and staff know what they are doing. They provide an evening of dining that displays the love and attention that good ingredients deserve and that people who know and love food appreciate!

10/10Chimera di Bacco provided a wonderful end to our Trieste holiday, a relaxing welcoming restaurant, very interesting menu of ever fresh fish and terrific selection of regional and local wines. Recommend their delicate tuna belly, indeed the 'bacon of the sea' worth it for this memory alone. Ti ringrazio Chimera di Bacco

10/10Beautiful restaurant in a v quiet side street. Also Chimerina and Extra Bacco in same area - make sure you go the right one! Staff very friendly, service excellent. Food beautifully presented and tasted really good. A real plus eating out in Italy - lots of vegetables.

10/10Always a pleasure to be here! We've been here several times - never a disappointment. One of the best restaurants in Trieste. Service the best and excellent food (fish and pasta). There is a new restaurant right on the opposite side, also from the same owner specialized on meat.
