Very friendly staff and service. Excellent wine recommendation in combination with brilliant food. We had the 8 course menue - great! In addition in our opinion a fair price / service ratio under considation of the quality of the products served.

Food was wonderful, portions appropriate, service friendly and efficient. Fried, lightly breaded mixed seafood was outstanding… even the calamari was tendertender.

This was the second time that we ate at Chimera di Bacco. I call it the hidden gem. The food and the service were incredible. They have a great wine selection. I am looking forward to our next meal there. Compliments to the entire staff for an awesome evening.

Great Culinary Experience! A unique level of service combined with delicious food and a nice atmosphere. There is not a better place to eat in Trieste.

Elegant restaurant, delicious food, great service. The Dalmatian fish soup is our favorite dish! The wine list is outstanding: Many Champagnes and Franciacortas plus a wide variety of local wines, including Vitovska, which we discovered in Trieste and loved!

I think the whole package was perfect. The service was very nice and friendly. The Food was top. And the ambiente was good. All in all a very lovely place. I would recommend it to everybody.

They never offered us to order a second course. Never brought us another bottle of wine. Service was SLOW like we were invisible . The food wasn’t even worth it. We heard great things and experienced nothing more than an angry, tired staff who didn’t want us there and didn’t want to be there themselves. Definitely skip it.

Wonderful food and marvelous service in an inviting room. It is clear that the kitchen and staff know what they are doing. They provide an evening of dining that displays the love and attention that good ingredients deserve and that people who know and love food appreciate!

Exquisite burrata with anchovy and dentice with vegetables. Lovely service although the restaurant a little empty and thus lacking atmosphere. Delicious wine

It was a wonderful evening, a great place for a perfect dinner for two. Very friendly service, special dishes and great atmosphere. Thank's a lot, we will come again.
