4/10We waited at our table for 20 minutes before being attended to. We had to ask for service at this point. Our first courses didn t arrive at the same time : 3 out of four were served together and we had to wait too long for the fourth dish. Our purées were cold had had to be sent back to be reheated and this meant our meat dish got cold in the meantime. The music was not a a good addition (singing pianist). Overall we would say the food was good, but a lot of work needs to be done on the everything else. Oh, and the bill was presented without our asking for it!

10/10Lovely setting with character in a historic location. Excellent food. The lunch menu was super good at a very reasonable price.

10/10My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch in this warm and charming place. The interior has been tastefully redecorated and the ambiance is warm and cozy but sophisticated. We started with the velouté du Barry which was silky and creamy with its lovely fresh tuna tartare and the macaroni stuffed with mushrooms and truffles was all you would imagine and generously portioned. We both had the sea scallops which were fresh and perfectly seared, served atop of a silky purée of Jerusalem artichokes, a lovely dish. We shared the house dessert, a cream puff (Charlie’s Chou) lovely fresh pastery filled with fresh vanilla ice cream and whipped cream…delightful end to our delicious meal! The service was very professional but friendly and efficient. We look forward to enjoying many more lovely meals here in the future! Thank you Charlie and all your team🩷
