10/10As a student her in Florence I am not on a large budget, yet, I was still able to enjoy a fancy meal due to the accommodations of our server. He was very sweet and understanding and I definitely recommend this place to students looking for a fantastic meal and a reason to get dressed up. I had the world famous pasta, and my mind was temporarily blown. This is definitely a must in Florence.

Menu VERY different from the original location. Much less variety and not as interesting. Service exceptional though. Ambiance was lacking as it was empty and felt sterile.

10/10I went to dinner at Cibreo Helvetia & Bristol recently with my girlfriend for her birthday. I was impressed by the food and the atmosphere, but, most importantly, the service was the best I've experienced in Florence after living here for over two years.
