9/10The restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious. The sommelier was friendly and provided excellent wine pairings for the different courses, while sticking with local vintages. The only reason I cannot give this restaurant a higher rating is because the waiter who served my dishes had horrible body odor - it was nauseating and made me completely lose my appetite.

9/10The staff was nice. The food is authentic pulian food.I think some of the dishes are too simple for a michelin star restaurant, like the eggplant appetizer was nothing special, the dessert with riccotta.Other dishes were amazing-the beef and the duck breast.At all the experience was good.

8.5/10Presentation of the dishes and the ambiance were excellent. I liked that there were several options for tasting menus, in addition to the a la carte menu. The service was outstanding, the staff was welcoming and warm. We were one of the last tables left and as it was getting late, our server arranged a complimentary tuk tuk ride back down the hill to where we had parked our car, which was a nice touch.

10/10Wonderful restaurant with fabulous service. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had the classic tasting menu which was fabulous food and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this restaurant.

10/10The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic. We did one of the tasting menus, and would definitely recommend it (though it was a touch long at 3 hours, it was a great experience!). The chef was incredibly creative in his dishes, but the food still felt authentic to the region. The whole evening was delightful.

8.5/10The food was excellent. There was a balanced mix of creativeness and tradition. I really enjoyed the view as the wall towards the sea/terrace was built from glass. I would have enjoyed a little more attention from the servoce staff, jut all in all wehad quite some with them too :) very funny and knowledgeable people.

10/10Beautiful ambience and wonderfully crafted gastronomic food. The wait staff was spectacular and the manager, Giovanni was exceptional and passionate about his job. He speaks 8 languages and connects with his patrons beautifully. Highly recommended.

4.5/10This restaurant was disappointing given that it was Michelin-starred. Service was lacking (it seemed like they were understaffed) and not every waiter was able to answer basic questions on the food and wine and top up glasses (with us ending up having to top up our own glasses for both water and wine). Food was even more of a disappointment as serving sizes were tiny and quality was lacking in terms of flavour and combinations of ingredients. Overall not a great experience, and we should have gone elsewhere.

6.5/10Returning customer since 2015 in hotel and restaurant, this time it was disappointing by service and meal, except for one of the waiting staff the atmosphere was unwelcomely. The meals on itself were still good but no surprises there… two of the ‘surprises’ of the presented food are returning since 2016 and not surely why they are still on the menu… i had looked so much forward to be eating here again but it was a deception..

7/10The place is very beautiful. The service for the startes was great, unfortunately during diner the younger took over and he wasn‘t open to questions at all. But more important about the food. We‘ve eaten the „fuoco“-menu, solid good work, but we have missed the creativity and extraordinaries of a Michelin-Star-Restaurant. Cielo is a good place to eat local oriented food, with some twists in a beautiful ambiance but don‘t expect to get surprises.

10/10Ceilo has a beautiful, atmospheric setting and is staffed with charming and attentive waiters. Everything, from the breadsticks and bread was based on local ingredients and was one -of -a-kind. Each course was very creative, unique, playful and delicious. The wine selection was also superb. A very special place.

10/10From the moment we arrived until we left the restaurant, the experience was friendly, genuine, sophisticated and of the highest quality. We sat for a pre-drink with a beautiful outlook to the ocean before being seated in the dining room to experience a wonderful michelin starred meal. The ashed potato and lobster were the standout dishes but all were beautifully presented and enjoyed

4.5/10the bread was not warm, scallops not fresh enough, the main course lobster with foie gras was the hightlight, but the dessert of pseudo cappucino eith coconut cresm & passion fruit was let down ny the extremely thick layer of fresh cream, being too heavy for the ending

9.5/10We went at lunch. The restaurant was very quiet, but luckily we were a large group. In terms of food, we didn't love every course (no one was particularly fond of the "pepper"; I didn't enjoy the cream 'Acqua' dessert), but it was overall an interesting, tasty, and satisfying dining experience. The charming restaurant manager definitely added to our good impression.

9.5/10The dishes were served and kept surprising us! High leveled service, great food and wine in a nice relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend to go there! We went with two young boys (8 and 10) and it worked out perfectly.

5.5/10Service is slow, with timing of courses being off (some come too fast, others too slow). Food taste is inconsistent (from good to bland or odd), In particular beef dishes were bad.
