The restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious. The sommelier was friendly and provided excellent wine pairings for the different courses, while sticking with local vintages. The only reason I cannot give this restaurant a higher rating is because the waiter who served my dishes had horrible body odor - it was nauseating and made me completely lose my appetite.

The staff was nice. The food is authentic pulian food.I think some of the dishes are too simple for a michelin star restaurant, like the eggplant appetizer was nothing special, the dessert with riccotta.Other dishes were amazing-the beef and the duck breast.At all the experience was good.

The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic. We did one of the tasting menus, and would definitely recommend it (though it was a touch long at 3 hours, it was a great experience!). The chef was incredibly creative in his dishes, but the food still felt authentic to the region. The whole evening was delightful.

Beautiful ambience and wonderfully crafted gastronomic food. The wait staff was spectacular and the manager, Giovanni was exceptional and passionate about his job. He speaks 8 languages and connects with his patrons beautifully. Highly recommended.

This restaurant was disappointing given that it was Michelin-starred. Service was lacking (it seemed like they were understaffed) and not every waiter was able to answer basic questions on the food and wine and top up glasses (with us ending up having to top up our own glasses for both water and wine). Food was even more of a disappointment as serving sizes were tiny and quality was lacking in terms of flavour and combinations of ingredients. Overall not a great experience, and we should have gone elsewhere.

The place is very beautiful. The service for the startes was great, unfortunately during diner the younger took over and he wasn‘t open to questions at all. But more important about the food. We‘ve eaten the „fuoco“-menu, solid good work, but we have missed the creativity and extraordinaries of a Michelin-Star-Restaurant. Cielo is a good place to eat local oriented food, with some twists in a beautiful ambiance but don‘t expect to get surprises.

Ceilo has a beautiful, atmospheric setting and is staffed with charming and attentive waiters. Everything, from the breadsticks and bread was based on local ingredients and was one -of -a-kind. Each course was very creative, unique, playful and delicious. The wine selection was also superb. A very special place.

From the moment we arrived until we left the restaurant, the experience was friendly, genuine, sophisticated and of the highest quality. We sat for a pre-drink with a beautiful outlook to the ocean before being seated in the dining room to experience a wonderful michelin starred meal. The ashed potato and lobster were the standout dishes but all were beautifully presented and enjoyed

There was not one „wow“ effect with the food. Everything quite tasteless and uninteresting. For a one star Michelin I expect much more. Most disappointing the dessert. Tasteless - uninspired - boring.

the bread was not warm, scallops not fresh enough, the main course lobster with foie gras was the hightlight, but the dessert of pseudo cappucino eith coconut cresm & passion fruit was let down ny the extremely thick layer of fresh cream, being too heavy for the ending
