Tasteful gluten-free pizza. I really enjoyed. We went there with my American friends, and we'll enjoyed a lot.

Staff forgot to seat us even with a reservation. Then the server was extremely pushy trying to get us to buy more. Then when paying the bill they tried to get us to tip 25%. The food was good but I will never go back because it made me so uncomfortable. There are way better places in Rome. Don’t waste your time

Totally Gluten Free friendly. Had thin and crispy pizza GF for the first time in a long time safe in knowing that the staff understood. Did not make you feel like a "burden/strange fad".

Fantastic food! We all had gluten free entrees and those that normally eat gluten couldn’t tell difference!! Daughter has celiac so their attention to detail to protect against cross contamination is outstanding! Highly recommend!!

Good selection of pizzas, very tasty but a bit too warm inside and tight seating. I would go for an outside seat next time.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and outrage at the treatment I received at Pizzeria Cimarra 4 on June 20, 2025. I had a reservation for 8:00 PM made via TheFork, planning for a quiet dinner in Rome with my 70-year-old mother and my five-month-old baby. Upon our arrival, we were met by a manager who was rude and inflexible. Even after showing him our reservation confirmation, he claimed there were no tables, completely ignoring the fact that there were at least four tables visibly empty right in front of us. The way we were dismissed, with no attempt to find a solution and not a shred of consideration for the presence of an elderly woman and an infant, was outrageous. We felt humiliated and disrespected. A restaurant is about more than just food; it's about hospitality, something that was completely lacking here. They have lost not just one customer, but several. We will never be coming back.

So far, it was the best pizza we’ve had in Rome! So many options, including gluten-free. We will definitely be back before we leave Rome.

It was a thrill to eat authentic, freshly made, pizza and pasta that were gluten free. And the desserts were wonderfully decadent! Delicious food and great service, we especially appreciated our server Robert. We ended up eating all of dinners here during our time in Rome. Highly recommend for gf and non-gf food.

Excellent Roman (cracker thin crust) pizza with lots of different toppings. Cocktails were great as well. Very knowledgeable and flexible kitchen able to accommodate cow’s milk, gluten and soy intolerances. The GF thin crust was amazing with crunch on the outer edges and it held up to the sauce!

Absolutely amazing pizza and staff, a bit too loud at times for our liking, but the food made all that up!! Also if you’re feeling snacky, the desserts are top notch!!

Tasty pizza. GF DF pasta. Good Gnocci. Good rice ball. Nice beer. Ok tiramisu and there’s even a GF DF tiramisu.

Our order was forgotten after 80 minutes waiting … but two cocktails on the house and the paste was WORTH IT

Had to wait a little while to be acknowledged but then was sat straight away when we were. Excellent food but was a little loud we could barely hear each other. would come back.
