I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and outrage at the treatment I received at Pizzeria Cimarra 4 on June 20, 2025. I had a reservation for 8:00 PM made via TheFork, planning for a quiet dinner in Rome with my 70-year-old mother and my five-month-old baby. Upon our arrival, we were met by a manager who was rude and inflexible. Even after showing him our reservation confirmation, he claimed there were no tables, completely ignoring the fact that there were at least four tables visibly empty right in front of us. The way we were dismissed, with no attempt to find a solution and not a shred of consideration for the presence of an elderly woman and an infant, was outrageous. We felt humiliated and disrespected. A restaurant is about more than just food; it's about hospitality, something that was completely lacking here. They have lost not just one customer, but several. We will never be coming back.

It was a thrill to eat authentic, freshly made, pizza and pasta that were gluten free. And the desserts were wonderfully decadent! Delicious food and great service, we especially appreciated our server Robert. We ended up eating all of dinners here during our time in Rome. Highly recommend for gf and non-gf food.
