Everything went well .. from the online booking to the reminder n confirmation a few days before the planned occassion to the delightful welcome when arriving at the premise. We enjoy the variety, the texture, the flavor and the presentation of the food. We even like the uniform of the neatly dressed waiters and waitresses. You will know what I mean when you visit. Well worth a 3 star Michelin meal.

Top 10 dining experience in my life, as a chef who travels constantly all over the world the world that says a lot. Food was delicious, service impeccable, warm and gracious. Food theater, the restaurant is built around the kitchen everyone has a 360o view of the action. Wine list is stellar; bubbles selection alone is amazing and deep. Hundreds of selections from 100e to $$$$$$.. Highly recommend, very expensive 650e for myself; only 3 glasses of wine and one coffee and one extra course. MEMORIES were made here.

Everyone was amazing and everything the served us was delicious it was and explosion of flavors all around. From the first drink to the last person handshake. Oh! And the shoes amazing, looking forward to getting them delivered in the US. The greatest experience ever. Thank you Javier

Excellent service, delicious food and a wonderful ambiance with the full view of the kitchen and chiefs. The table staff were very engaging and friendly. A restaurant that should be on everyone's bucket list.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences we had. We went to celebrate a special occasion and they made it extra special. The staff was amazing and very accommodating to our requests and dietary restrictions. Even the head chef came to meet us. The tasting menu has a large variety and all of them were very good. But the dishes with sauce or broth were the stand-outs. I highly recommend this restaurant if looking for a special treat for a special occasion.

Perfection!!! In our travels over the past 45 years we have made it a priority to dine in extraordinary, highly rated restaurants. On this trip Cocina Hermanos Torres was our third Michelin restaurant in 4 days. Our meal was absolute perfection! In fact, we have NEVER ever experienced a better meal! Truly incredible, mind-blowing, and forever memorable!

Wow. We were very excited for this restaurant and it did not let us down! From being greeted personally by one of the Chef Torres brothers to the beautifully choreographed service - and even still that was just added excellence on top of some truly remarkable bites. With each new course, we thought we'd tried the best thing they could possible make, but it just got better and better. Absolutely recommend. Meal of a lifetime!

The food was incredible and the staff was very friendly. The whole experience was magical.

Food was very good, although may be a little too much for us but still very delicious. Service started out well then was left alone for a while (lamb plates left sitting in front of us for what seemed a long time) then at the end felt rushed to get out of the restaurant. We also sat just in front of the curtain going in and out of the kitchen which as noisy. Chefs did not take the time to thank you which at most Michelin 3 star restaurants they do- on this trip we also visited Lasarte and Arzak.

The chef's kind energy and overall attentiveness to the diners as well as a clear appreciation for our business makes it unforgettable. One or the best restaurant I ever had! Something about having the kitchen in the middle of the restaurant makes this place special, the staff was amazing! I had the privilege to have visited the best restaurants in the world lately and they are all amazing, this one was just up a notch on my book!

Every dish (18 courses?) was very tasty!! The level of service was amazing… The open kitchen really displayed “the show” and we were silent the entire time as we watched our food being prepared in front of us and the dance that the FOH performed, was exceptional.

This was second visit of this restaurant in 2025. The first one back in January 2025. Well, the menu was almost all new, which is commendable. All in all, this was a good lunch worthy of our special occasion. However, compared to the first visit, the people (often the same both times) seemed to be less enthusiastic in what they were doing.

Our 3 week European trip was amazing but clearly a highlight for us was a meal at Cucina Hermanos Torres. The brothers personally greeted us (great touch), the staff was impeccable, each dish was sublime. They deserve the 3-star!

Cocina Hermanos Torres delivered an unforgettable dining experience. The service was flawless, and the signature tasting menu was a masterpiece—each dish stunning in both presentation and flavor. Maria stole the show with her perfect wine pairings and engaging stories, adding depth and warmth to every course. Watching Raul lead his line in the kitchen with skill and grace, mentoring an aspiring chef, was inspiring. Every detail, down to the iconic red Michelin star shoes, made the night magical. This is more than a meal—it’s a world-class experience. Truly deserving of its 3 Michelin stars. Could not recommend more highly.

We have been to many better 1 star and unrated restaurants. The food was good, but the experience itself was nothing special… we watched others get taken care of better than us, we spend 20 minutes after the meal waiting to get staff attention to pay and leave… just was not what was expected for the price or the level of restaurant that would be rated 3 stars. We were celebrating getting pregnant after 10 years (and told them that) and watched 5 people get to celebrate birthdays in the restaurant while we were just sitting in the back wishing we were as important as them. Wholly disappointed in the experience.

We had an amazing dining experience at Cocina Hermanos Torres. The food was exceptional and the sommelier's recommendation for accompanying wine (we ordered bottles, rather than the pairing) was spot on and within our requested budget. The service was exemplary, from serving to clearing, and seemed like a well-orchestrated dance. The wait staff even noticed that my son was left-handed and adjusted the table settings accordingly. Further enhancing the open kitchen experience was the ability to walk around the restaurant to see the chefs at work. And the red sneakers worn by the staff made the restaurant approachable and not stuffy as some in this Michelin category can be. Little touches of note: the desert served with candles for the birthdays in the group, ottomans designed to hold the purses of the diners, pulling our chairs out after each return from the restroom, calling a cab for our return home and walking to the street to hold the door for us, All around a top ten experience!
