First time in Barcelona and booked as many Michelin/highly rated restaurants as possible over a 14 day period, including the other 3+ Michelin starred spots. Cocina Hermanos Torres was the single standout head and shoulders above the others. Seriously contemplated going back a second time but just couldn’t fit it in.

Certainly a 3-star restaurant! The service was impeccable! The pace of bringing and removing courses was superb. Never a dull moment! I was surprised by how mild and delicate the dishes were; it reminded me of a Japanese aesthetic. The wine recommended by the sommelier was a perfect match. We enjoyed the views of the many chefs working in the various locations in the center of the restaurant and in other locations as well. Both of the Torres brothers were on premises. Clearly, they are hands-on and not typical celebrity chefs!

Impossible to summarize in a few words but I’ll try my best… - the atmosphere is spot on, the open kitchen concept is genius, the wine pairing was an incredible delight, the food as well as the service are heartwarming, seafood, meat, desserts, drinks, appetizers, amuse bouches, digestives, there isn’t a detail that hasn’t been meticulously prepared! The staff knows exactly how to set the mood and they have been in their entirety the stars of the night! A place to fall in love with and/or bring your loved ones! Who can put a price on perfection anyways? Sergio and Javier, thank you!

Food was okay but nothing to rave about. Service was excellent and courses moved along nicely and evenly spaced apart until the last (dessert) courses, when suddenly the focus of the staff seemed to be on cleaning up the kitchen area and mopping the floors. It was bizarre, as if we had stayed past closing time when in fact the restaurant had many patrons still sitting at tables. After being ignored for some time we finally received final dessert courses and then we had to wait a long time for the check.

Cocina Hermanos Torres was phenomenal. From the moment they opened the door to greet us the service was impeccable. We were seated quickly and immediately offered champagne. Everything is beautiful and perfectly placed. You can tell every detail is considered from the flowers on the table to the menu you’re presented with. There were 16 courses, paced perfectly and each one more delicious than the last. I can’t even begin to describe how unique each course was and they were all put together so wonderfully. Fresh, local ingredients. The open kitchen was so exciting to watch. I loved every minute of our dinner here and it was truly an experience. I would highly recommend for a special occasion and celebration. We will definitely be back!

The creativity, the presentation and the flavor of the food was far beyond expectations! Our meal here would be one the top dining experiences of our lives. What we appreciated most was the flow and service from the entirety of the staff. The best we can describe it is “tranquila”. Thank you Cocina Hermanos Torres for a truly world class experience!

Such an experience, feels like you are inside the movie as there is so much action around! Probably more stuff than guests and it’s totally amazing, the attention to detail and overall care is impeccable. Can’t wait to come back for new menus!
