The dance of the staff elevates the experience of the amazing food and well matched wine pairings. The chef's kind energy and overall attentiveness to the diners as well as a clear appreciation for our business makes it unforgettable. One or the best restaurant I ever had! Something about having the kitchen in the middle of the restaurant makes this place special, the staff was amazing! I had the privilege to have visited the best restaurants in the world lately and they are all amazing, this one was just up a notch on my book!

Every dish (18 courses?) was very tasty!! The level of service was amazing… The open kitchen really displayed “the show” and we were silent the entire time as we watched our food being prepared in front of us and the dance that the FOH performed, was exceptional.

This was second visit of this restaurant in 2025. The first one back in January 2025. Well, the menu was almost all new, which is commendable. All in all, this was a good lunch worthy of our special occasion. However, compared to the first visit, the people (often the same both times) seemed to be less enthusiastic in what they were doing.

Cocina Hermanos Torres delivered an unforgettable dining experience. The service was flawless, and the signature tasting menu was a masterpiece—each dish stunning in both presentation and flavor. Maria stole the show with her perfect wine pairings and engaging stories, adding depth and warmth to every course. Watching Raul lead his line in the kitchen with skill and grace, mentoring an aspiring chef, was inspiring. Every detail, down to the iconic red Michelin star shoes, made the night magical. This is more than a meal—it’s a world-class experience. Truly deserving of its 3 Michelin stars. Could not recommend more highly.

We have been to many better 1 star and unrated restaurants. The food was good, but the experience itself was nothing special… we watched others get taken care of better than us, we spend 20 minutes after the meal waiting to get staff attention to pay and leave… just was not what was expected for the price or the level of restaurant that would be rated 3 stars. We were celebrating getting pregnant after 10 years (and told them that) and watched 5 people get to celebrate birthdays in the restaurant while we were just sitting in the back wishing we were as important as them. Wholly disappointed in the experience.
