We visit this beautiful restaurant the last 6 years,we have had birthday celebrations and introduced family to this restaurant .With amazing food and beautiful wine and fantastic sercice Will always be my favourite restaurant to visit.So try it for a beautiful experience

Tempura batter was not crispy, meat was excellent sauce was just too thick ..potatoes delicious, apple pie just ok ..overall was worth the visit just im used to a bit higher standard..

Good evening! We usually don't respond to negative reviews! If you are a regular customer, you know that the waiter always asks if everything is ok! You had a steak on two plates, ate it all and left a piece on the chair! You should have let us know that it was not okay and we would have changed it or we wouldn't have charged you! This is how we do it with all customers!

We're never disappointed with the quality of the food and the service received from all of the staff. It was my birthday and they added a sparkler candle to the dessert...such a nice gesture.

The whole experience was a complete disappointment. The waiter was rude and abrupt. Don’t ever go if you have a food allergy as they don’t like it you are an inconvenience. The food was also poor.

Exceptional service. Always so professional, helpful and super friendly. A party of 4 of us all had steaks, all cooked to absolute perfection despite having to be cooked differently. We always like to visit Coeur de Filet whenever we come to Tenerife, and have possibly come to this restaurant many times. It never disappoints. We will be back for sure.
