Outstanding food and service in a very comfortable space. The stuffed squid appetizer was exceptional, as were the sauces and vegetables served with the two fish entrees we ordered. We were given time to savor each course with the attentive staff ready to offer suggestions but not the least bit obtrusive.. We are looking forward to a return visit.

My sister and I were on vacations and decided to try this Michelin restaurant. It was the best meal choice of the trip. I had the roasted duck and my sister had the vegetarian risotto. Both meals were amazing along with the paté we had as an entrance and the profiterole for dessert. Definitely worth the try.

3/10Waiting for 1h for the main. Waiters never available, never looking at us. Had to wait 20 minutes to be able to get their attention and ask for water. barely an apology. no discount or gesture.

The 36€ lunch menu is such a great deal. The server also recommended wines to go with the menu and let me sample a couple to decide. The food was incredible! Would love to come back and try more seasonal dishes <3

1. New chef and so staff was extraordinarily attentive to what I thought about the food. It was as though they thought I was grading for Michelin! 2. The spices and flavors of each course complemented each other so that everything fit together nicely. I would love to come back!

5/10We came to this restaurant at least 5 times last year. I loved their pamplemousse dessert. The food was good then. This year, no more butter serve with bread, food was mediocre, and we were told that the chef has changed. We usually stay in France for 3 months each visit, but we will not be going back to dine.

7/10The sommelier was knowledgable and the wine list was extensive and weighted toward more expensive bottles. Our entrées were good, and the flavor of the roasted pork for two that we shared for the main course was good, but the pork was so difficult to cut that it made eating it a chore and detracted from our enjoyment of the meal.

6.5/10Very good food for the price, specially with The Fork's promotion. Place a little too busy, tight and noisy though. Service was good untilll the waiter "forgot" the discount when he brought the bill, which didn't look like just a mistake.

10/10We spent a few days in Paris with a group of foodie friends and decided to stop at Le Colvert for lunch. The experience was truly amazing—the food was refined and beautifully executed. On top of that, the wine list is absolutely superb, complemented by a fantastic sommelier who truly knows his craft. Without a doubt, this has to be one of the best values in Paris!
