Service was fair, not bad, not great, considering quality of restaurant. Menu was limited. Food was delightful with really unique flavors but value was only fair. Would suggest expanding menu by a few dishes.

The food was outstanding. We had the leeks (starter), scallops, chicken (entrees), and profiteroles (dessert). Highly recommend every dish. Service and ambience were very good. Location is charming. We will definitely return when we’re back in Paris.

Went to theis restaurant twice. First time was a great experience with a business colleague. So I thought i should take my girlfriend. Had a early reservation and the set menu. Totally different experience. The food was below average. We could not eat the chicken with anchovy sauce - fishy smelling and tasting chicken was a turn off. Our main dish took close to an hour as other around us were being served. It was the day after Valentines so I gave them a little leeway, but i will not be back. Too bad it was a failed execution.

I own an apartment near to Colvert and have eaten here every 2-3 months for the last 15 years. Over that time there have been several changes of management and the food has been getting gradually more expensive, but also of better quality. Our food on 27 Nov was outstanding - every dish was either very good or excellent. But the wine was a different story. Our first bottle was excellent but cost €72. We then ordered a Loire valley red costing €41 which the waiter insisted on decanting - but this had a strong metallic flavour and was undrinkable. We had only a sip and left over 95% not drunk. Instead we had another of the €72 which was again excellent. When the bill came, we were charged for all three bottles. I assumed that this was a mistake and politely asked the manager if he thought it was fair for us to pay for the undrinkable bottle. He said yes. I immediately paid the full amount but was astonished by his attitude. It completely spoiled a really pleasant evening.

Excellent food with fabulous servers. Very friendly and well executed dishes! Especially loved the duck perfectly pink/rare and our starter of stuffed calamari with tiny vinaigrette mushrooms ..standouts! And the leeks delicious also.

The two starters that were served to us were amazing and worthy of Michelin Star restaurants. The two mains were very good level, but in my opinion not as interesting. The dessert was very subtle and flavorful. all in all a very high level meal and a friendly atmosphere and service. Great atmosphere in a nice location in Paris. We enjoyed the night, but based on the reviews here expected much better. It seemed like part of the staff was new and the head chef on vacation, which may be the reason. We had the 5 course tasting menu and multiple dishes were brought without an explanation what it was, we still don’t know what we ate. The food was good (great paté and tomato/artichoke dish), but a few dishes were also off/unbalanced (eg dessert). There was no wine pairing, both wines recommended were excellent though. Could have had another wine, but the staff forgot about us and tables around us multiple times. Then also the bill was incorrect. All in all it was ok, but can’t score higher than 6/10.
