9/10The cheese plate selection and butter were excellent. The service was amazing. The kids had the guinea fowl which was amazing. My husband and I had the Cod which need more. Dessert was so goooood.

9.5/10An exceptional lunch of 3 courses for €36, each course light enough to make the next one welcome. Beautifully presented on the plate, and full of fresh flavors. The ambiance is perfect: elegant & refined, yet warm. It is tucked in a lovely little corner of the 5eme near the river, a few doors down from Mariage Freres, but the clientele at lunch were chiefly Parisians, probably many from the small publishing houses that honeycomb the area. We looked with desire on the a la carte menu for the evening, and plan to return to savor each dish until we have tasted them all.

10/10We have been to Le Colvert 3 times now. Our first time we discovered it accidentally. The next 2 times we purposefully visited. Each time we pass through Paris, we stop here. It is DIVINE! The menu this year was exceptional. Bravo!

8/10Very good food, waiters were very kind and smiley. We tried the Instant Michelin menu and it was worth the try. We only left a bit disappointed by tiny things, which you might not expect from a restaurant of this caliber proposing such high-end service quality: there was no table cover, the cutlery was touching the wood table all the time because there wasn't either a little plate or something where you can just drop them between courses, so that at least the fork you used won't remain dirty on the table. Also, I was expecting to have the cutlery changed between courses, at least the ones that were used.

6.5/10Good location, not far from Notre Dame. Set menu for lunch was OK, seasoning a bit too salty. The servant didn't bother asking for how you like the beef cooked, even you told them you'd like "à point", it's served as "saignant" or more closed to blue. The sidedish consists of purée de petits pois and 3 different color carrots. Cute, but one of carrots was surprisingly diffult to cut, probably under cooked. The main dish out of the lunch menu choices was better.

We always make sure that our customers are seated on clean and tidy tables. You may have arrived in between services. If so, our team will have done all it can to put you in the best possible position. It is also possible that some of the wines on our wine list may be out of stock. In this case, our sommelier is always available to recommend an equivalent. Finally, as far as our chef's creations are concerned, they are usually appreciated, although we admit that it is difficult to please everyone. 10/10We had the tasting menu and everything was delicious! It was a great way for us to experience our first Michelin starred restaurant, and our waitress was very warm and welcomed our questions about the food. A wonderful last night in Paris! We left the restaurant and took a cocktail cruise on the Seine, catching the boat a couple of blocks away.

5/10Food was good but we won’t be back. We were excited try the tasting menu but service was terrible right from the start. It took 20 minutes to be offered a drink before our meal, then served €25 a glass Champagne in white wine glasses ( first world problem I know!). Very slow service and hugely frustrating for what promised to be a special meal in Paris. The restaurant ambience was average at best. It’s a shame as the food was great and would have shone in a better restaurant setting. So many amazing restaurants in Paris, we would definitely not recommend this restaurant.
