+2Colvert is an absolute gem in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. From the very first bite, everything reflects precision, creativity, and respect for ingredients. The tasting journey was outstanding: beautifully crafted starters with perfect balance of textures and acidity, delicate seafood dishes executed with finesse, and mains that were rich yet elegant. The plating is refined without being pretentious, and every dish tells a story. The dessert was the perfect finale — fresh, light, and beautifully presented. Service is warm, attentive, and professional, making you feel truly welcomed without being intrusive. The wine pairing suggestions were spot on and elevated the whole experience. If you’re looking for modern French cuisine done right, Colvert is a must-visit. A flawless experience from start to finish — I will definitely be back!

10/10Fantastic food, wish we came with more of an appetite! It was clear with every bite that an immense amount of thought and love went into crafting each dish. Calm and warm vibe in the restaurant too, made for a really enjoyable date night.

7.5/10I own an apartment near to Colvert and have eaten here every 2-3 months for the last 15 years. Over that time there have been several changes of management and the food has been getting gradually more expensive, but also of better quality. Our food on 27 Nov was outstanding - every dish was either very good or excellent. But the wine was a different story. Our first bottle was excellent but cost €72. We then ordered a Loire valley red costing €41 which the waiter insisted on decanting - but this had a strong metallic flavour and was undrinkable. We had only a sip and left over 95% not drunk. Instead we had another of the €72 which was again excellent. When the bill came, we were charged for all three bottles. I assumed that this was a mistake and politely asked the manager if he thought it was fair for us to pay for the undrinkable bottle. He said yes. I immediately paid the full amount but was astonished by his attitude. It completely spoiled a really pleasant evening.

9.5/10The tasting menu at Colvert was excellent as usual, very innovative and beautifully plated. The only issue was the very slow service this time between the entree and the first plat. Otherwise it was a perfect evening.
