9.5/10The tasting menu at Colvert was excellent as usual, very innovative and beautifully plated. The only issue was the very slow service this time between the entree and the first plat. Otherwise it was a perfect evening.

10/10Excellent food with fabulous servers. Very friendly and well executed dishes! Especially loved the duck perfectly pink/rare and our starter of stuffed calamari with tiny vinaigrette mushrooms ..standouts! And the leeks delicious also.

We did the tasting menu. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, artistically plated, very tasteful, and full of “little surprises”: think parsley root “spaghetti”! The service was personal and professional. The wine recommendation was perfect for the tasting menu!

Someone who knows how to create remarkable flavors with an assemblage of ingredients that all complement each other. This experience makes a meal into an event to remember. The two starters that were served to us were amazing and worthy of Michelin Star restaurants. The two mains were very good level, but in my opinion not as interesting. The dessert was very subtle and flavorful. all in all a very high level meal and a friendly atmosphere and service. In our package we were supposed to meet the chef and have a little chat but it didn't happen
