10/10I've been coming to Paris for many years and was delighted to find Colvert a short walk from my apartment this fall. I will, quite simply, say it was one of the best meals I've had. 10/10I had the tasting menu, which was delicious: playful, imaginative and a symphony of unusual flavours. Attentive staff, without being over -attentive. A pleasant ambiance and superb presentation. Would definitely recommend.

8/10Very good food, waiters were very kind and smiley. We tried the Instant Michelin menu and it was worth the try. We only left a bit disappointed by tiny things, which you might not expect from a restaurant of this caliber proposing such high-end service quality: there was no table cover, the cutlery was touching the wood table all the time because there wasn't either a little plate or something where you can just drop them between courses, so that at least the fork you used won't remain dirty on the table. Also, I was expecting to have the cutlery changed between courses, at least the ones that were used.

6.5/10Good location, not far from Notre Dame. Set menu for lunch was OK, seasoning a bit too salty. The servant didn't bother asking for how you like the beef cooked, even you told them you'd like "à point", it's served as "saignant" or more closed to blue. The sidedish consists of purée de petits pois and 3 different color carrots. Cute, but one of carrots was surprisingly diffult to cut, probably under cooked. The main dish out of the lunch menu choices was better.
