The food was astoundingly good. My wife and I both had the seared white asparagus starter. It's hard to come up with the correct superlative, just delicious. My wife hadgnocchi with morels and I the farm chicken. Again both perfectly prepared with stunning sauces. The chicken was tender, moist and came with spinach and mashed potatoes. Yummy. We followed with a shared Pavlova (sp?) for dessert and chartreuse and cognac digestifs. The service was attentive without being smothering and the staff was very observant. The ambiance is modern but subtly in sync with the historical vibe of the restos surroundings.

The tasting was excellent! Every course was absolutely delicious. One of the best meals we’ve had.

+6Colvert sits on a corner with two glass-fronted walls that fill the room with light. Inside, the space mixes exposed brick and stone with wooden tables set on metal frames. The chairs are wooden with dark green cushioned seats, and there is banquette seating along the back wall next to the bar. A smaller dining area extends further to the rear. The restaurant offers a weekday menu déjeuner (lunch menu) available Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and school vacations: • Entrée + Plat or Plat + Dessert – €32 • Entrée + Plat + Dessert – €36 Entrée – Carpaccio de betterave marinée Beetroot carpaccio with haddock and wild herbs. The dish arrived as a thin disc of beetroot topped with a strip of haddock and a light yellow-green dressing. It was fresh, light, and herbaceous, with a pleasant balance between the earthiness of the beetroot and the subtle smokiness of the fish. Service was fair, not bad, not great, considering quality of restaurant. Menu was limited. Food was delightful with really unique flavors but value was only fair. Would suggest expanding menu by a few dishes.

The food was outstanding. We had the leeks (starter), scallops, chicken (entrees), and profiteroles (dessert). Highly recommend every dish. Service and ambience were very good. Location is charming. We will definitely return when we’re back in Paris.

Went to theis restaurant twice. First time was a great experience with a business colleague. So I thought i should take my girlfriend. Had a early reservation and the set menu. Totally different experience. The food was below average. We could not eat the chicken with anchovy sauce - fishy smelling and tasting chicken was a turn off. Our main dish took close to an hour as other around us were being served. It was the day after Valentines so I gave them a little leeway, but i will not be back. Too bad it was a failed execution.

Fantastic food, wish we came with more of an appetite! It was clear with every bite that an immense amount of thought and love went into crafting each dish. Calm and warm vibe in the restaurant too, made for a really enjoyable date night.
