we arrived without a reservation so we're seated at the bar. We both shared a plate of iberico ham- which was rich, buttery and nutty- hand carved to order, and the lobster carpaccio which was zingy and fresh. For the main courses we had steak -cooked to perfection and kept simple- and the highlight of the meal for me was the lamb with sweetbread Ragu, this is a dish unlike anything I have ever tried - Rich, earthy and total indulgence. Dessert was the gin and tonic which was a fantastic finish to a lovely meal, refreshing and bright. The service was absolutely fantastic, the knowledge and passion from everyone in the restaurant was apparent from the moment you entered until the last moment. This restaurant is one of the best if not THE BEST in Albir, you must try it!!!!
