We celebrated our 25th Anniversary here and had an absolutely fabulous meal! Everything was perfect -- the service, pacing, environment and especially the delicious food that was presented very creatively. We'd definitely recommend Culinaria Bistro De Gustibus.

The food is incredible; one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten in, in my life! Truly. Don’t be fooled by the location; not quite as cute as many restaurant locations in Florence. But the food is extraordinary, and the service was excellent.!

We celebrated our fortieth wedding anniversary at this charming restaurant. The delicious food was Michelin quality, each course was exquisite, the taste and texture carefully balanced, the presentation perfect. The staff were charming and attentive. This is one of the best restaurants we have visited anywhere in the world. If you are in Florence you must visit this hidden gem.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a phenomenal early Valentine’s Day dinner at Culinaria. It was quiet and romantic, and the food was indescribably delicious - the octopus practically melts in your mouth, and the shrimp risotto was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I came here for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was beyond what we could have hoped for. The food is perfection but more than that the service is so personal and attentive. This was our favourite meal of our holiday by a long, long way. We would love to come to Culinaria again. Perfect experience of top innovative and creative Italian cooking. Everyone must visit this place.

This restaurant is not at all what you would expect from the reviews on trip advisor, which I suspect were faked. It is not at all elegant, and neither the food nor the plates look anything like the pictures. The food and service were acceptable, nothing more.

The food was very good and the service while friendly was somewhat unorganized. The boar stew over polenta was outstanding and the chocolatep mousse dessert was one of the best desserts we have ever had.

We spend a good evening. I was a bit disappointed with my dish, as I don’t usually request for salt and pepper. Yet my risotto didn’t taste the pumpkin savour I was expecting. The service was good and the staff very friendly.

This restaurant was just okay. The service was very good and the overall atmosphere was nice but a bit lacking in the romance of Venice. The food was mediocre. Not bad but just unexceptional. Overall, if you’re looking for a good location and aren’t expecting foodie-level food, then you might like it. But for me, I would not plan to go back again. I’d rather try something different to see if I can raise the bar a level or two.

This little restaurant was a great find. It is tiny and very casual, but the food was very fresh and well prepared. The chef came out to chat with the customers and the atmosphere generally was very friendly and relaxed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a low key alternative off the beaten path.

this is no your traditional Italian tavern. This is contemporary restaurant that serve Imaginative fusion food that is however within Italian tradition, Food is very well presented, staff is polite, young and entertaining. I am surprised it has not been noticed yet by Michelin guide. Given prices and quality it deserves to get bib gourmand designation,

The restaurant is incredible. The friendly service, attention to detail and amazing food made this an absolute pleasure! I will definitely be back. I’ve been in Italy for two weeks and have had many delicious meals but this is overall the best so far.. The presentation of the food is also superb. I highly recommend!

A truly wonderful meal in this small restaurant slightly out of the way but well worth taking the effort to find A complimentary glass of Prosecco and an explanation of the menu which while relatively limited in choice has something for everyone. Two coeliacs in the party and one with an egg allergy could chose with confidence as the dishes were clearly marked with all Allergens The ingredients are all sourced locally as is the wine which was good quality and great value. It turns out that it is a sort of co-operative outlet for farmers in the area The starters ordered were hummus, delicious, tuna (which was slow cooked pork) also fantastic, spaghetti with clams and the highlight spaghetti made of vegetables in a cream veg sauce. Everything was excellent but this was outstanding!! Mains of fish, beef fillet and steak tartare were equally as good in fact the fillet was the tenderest piece of beef I think that I have had 4 of us dined for £45 per head including all the wine outstanding value
