10/10The owner was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious with a twist on the Florentine standards. Truly a more real experience in a neighborhood not run with tourist. We sat outside and took it all in..Loved it!!

9.5/10We spent a remarkable evening with a fine dinner in that restaurant. The service has been personal, the recomendations fine and good, the food freshly prepared and the portions sufficient. We only can recomend that resaurant without limitations.

10/10We celebrated our 25th Anniversary here and had an absolutely fabulous meal! Everything was perfect -- the service, pacing, environment and especially the delicious food that was presented very creatively. We'd definitely recommend Culinaria Bistro De Gustibus.

We celebrated our fortieth wedding anniversary at this charming restaurant. The delicious food was Michelin quality, each course was exquisite, the taste and texture carefully balanced, the presentation perfect. The staff were charming and attentive. This is one of the best restaurants we have visited anywhere in the world. If you are in Florence you must visit this hidden gem.

10/10My girlfriend and I enjoyed a phenomenal early Valentine’s Day dinner at Culinaria. It was quiet and romantic, and the food was indescribably delicious - the octopus practically melts in your mouth, and the shrimp risotto was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. We will definitely be back!

10/10My husband and I came here for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was beyond what we could have hoped for. The food is perfection but more than that the service is so personal and attentive. This was our favourite meal of our holiday by a long, long way. We would love to come to Culinaria again. Perfect experience of top innovative and creative Italian cooking. Everyone must visit this place.

5/10This restaurant is not at all what you would expect from the reviews on trip advisor, which I suspect were faked. It is not at all elegant, and neither the food nor the plates look anything like the pictures. The food and service were acceptable, nothing more.

We are not a cinese restaurant, we make seasonal food, and we change every season, so the Photo of the summer is different from what we can cook in the winter!! We are wery happy if the ignorant people stay out of my restaurant... Go to rosticceria and eat your Photo At All

9/10The food was very good and the service while friendly was somewhat unorganized. The boar stew over polenta was outstanding and the chocolatep mousse dessert was one of the best desserts we have ever had.

7.5/10We spend a good evening. I was a bit disappointed with my dish, as I don’t usually request for salt and pepper. Yet my risotto didn’t taste the pumpkin savour I was expecting. The service was good and the staff very friendly.

6/10This restaurant was just okay. The service was very good and the overall atmosphere was nice but a bit lacking in the romance of Venice. The food was mediocre. Not bad but just unexceptional. Overall, if you’re looking for a good location and aren’t expecting foodie-level food, then you might like it. But for me, I would not plan to go back again. I’d rather try something different to see if I can raise the bar a level or two.

This is contemporary restaurant that serve Imaginative fusion food that is however within Italian tradition, Food is very well presented, staff is polite, young and entertaining. I am surprised it has not been noticed yet by Michelin guide. Given prices and quality it deserves to get bib gourmand designation,

The restaurant is incredible. The friendly service, attention to detail and amazing food made this an absolute pleasure! I will definitely be back. I’ve been in Italy for two weeks and have had many delicious meals but this is overall the best so far.. The presentation of the food is also superb. I highly recommend!

10/10An interesting menu that included quite a few for vegetarians, the food was delicious and the service was very professional and friendly. it was lovely to sit outside on a hot summer night. Can’t wait to come back!
