We spent a remarkable evening with a fine dinner in that restaurant. The service has been personal, the recomendations fine and good, the food freshly prepared and the portions sufficient. We only can recomend that resaurant without limitations.

We celebrated our 25th Anniversary here and had an absolutely fabulous meal! Everything was perfect -- the service, pacing, environment and especially the delicious food that was presented very creatively. We'd definitely recommend Culinaria Bistro De Gustibus.

The food is incredible; one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten in, in my life! Truly. Don’t be fooled by the location; not quite as cute as many restaurant locations in Florence. But the food is extraordinary, and the service was excellent.!

We celebrated our fortieth wedding anniversary at this charming restaurant. The delicious food was Michelin quality, each course was exquisite, the taste and texture carefully balanced, the presentation perfect. The staff were charming and attentive. This is one of the best restaurants we have visited anywhere in the world. If you are in Florence you must visit this hidden gem.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a phenomenal early Valentine’s Day dinner at Culinaria. It was quiet and romantic, and the food was indescribably delicious - the octopus practically melts in your mouth, and the shrimp risotto was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. We will definitely be back!
