10/10The seasoning of every dish in this restaurant is masterfully done. The ingredient pairings are refreshingly innovative, and each bite is an absolute flavor bomb. The lamb chops left an indelible mark on me. The meat was so tender that it practically melted in my mouth, the artichoke puree had a mellow, soothing taste, and the fried sweet potatoes were irresistibly crispy. The flavors and textures worked in perfect harmony, creating a symphony on the palate. However, when the restaurant owner handed us the bill, we were genuinely astonished. Considering the platform discount, the price was an absolute steal. This meal not only had the lowest per - capita cost during our Roman adventure but also topped the list in terms of satisfaction.

9.5/10Excellent food, beautifully presented. Warm welcome - we went twice during a 4 night stay and the hosts remembered us. Great menu and tasty, freshly prepared dishes. We’ll be back next time.

10/10Absolutely phenomenal culinary experience. You won’t regret any of these expertly crafted dishes. The plate presentation was first class and, most importantly, the food was delicious every time we went. The staff always made us feel welcomed The chef will gladly recommend options or talk about how the dish is prepared. If I could pack up this restaurant and take it home with me, I would. I’m going to miss chef Giuseppe's cooking.

+1Perfect food, personal service. We made our reservation on 15:00, last one available for lunch. Although the place was empty since locals eat at 13:00, the owner and the staff waited for us and served wonderful food and service.

10/10The food was amazing, the options on the menu were different from other restaurants, the taste was well refined and the presentation of the plates was visually appealing. The owners were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant which is located very close to the Rome train station.

9.5/10The food quality (taste & presentation) was excellent. The service was excellent. Lady boss was friendly, took the initiative to explain about the dishes, how best to eat them. This is not common in other restaurants we visited during our stay in Rome.

We enjoyed a very nice meal at Culinaria. We ordered the lamb with artichoke puree, semifreddo al pistachios and the passion fruit cheesecake. They were very attentive to my seafood allergy.
