Christmas Eve we wanted somewhere special and this restaurant delivered. Not your ordinary Italian dishes; the Italian dishes had a special flare or ingredient that made it delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended!

I was at Culinaria in October 2018 and my overall experience was really good: excellent food, atmosphere and service. I came back on the 6th of November 2025 and my boyfriend and myself enjoyed our time there. I am very happy to see that nothing has changed but improved 👏 👌

This was the best restaurant I experienced in Rome! It was my first dinner in the city, and I was so happy to start my trip with such a wonderful meal. The food was amazing — especially the shrimp appetizer and the special seafood pasta — and the service was very friendly. If you’re looking for a great restaurant near Termini Station, I highly recommend this place!

Excellent customer service and creative menu. The shrimp, olives, and buffalo mozzarella appetizer was delicious. Do try the deconstructed Tiramisu dessert. Located next to the ancient Roman Baths so it was great having a view while eating al fresco.

The special shrimp tartar was very good. Delicious and very fresh. The seared tuna also tasty but the steak was just ok. The restaurant atmosphere was warm and romantic, and their service was up to standard. Unlucky, there was bees flying around you all the time and they tried to taste your food too. It’s a bit very annoying! Been seating restaurants outdoor seats many times but this was the first time that I gave up eating due to this kind of interruption. Hope this is just a standalone case!
