Excellent customer service and creative menu. The shrimp, olives, and buffalo mozzarella appetizer was delicious. Do try the deconstructed Tiramisu dessert. Located next to the ancient Roman Baths so it was great having a view while eating al fresco.

The special shrimp tartar was very good. Delicious and very fresh. The seared tuna also tasty but the steak was just ok. The restaurant atmosphere was warm and romantic, and their service was up to standard. Unlucky, there was bees flying around you all the time and they tried to taste your food too. It’s a bit very annoying! Been seating restaurants outdoor seats many times but this was the first time that I gave up eating due to this kind of interruption. Hope this is just a standalone case!

This was the weirdest experience I ever had in Italy. The food made no sense, plating was worse than from high-school and service just icky. I was feeling adventurous, so I just ordered foods based on their ingredients. First meal was some burrata with some olive tapenada ... with shrimp (18e). It looked really ugly, like a lot of random garbage, with rat poop around it. But why shrimp? Made no sense. And then there was an oily thumb print on the rim of the plate. Next was something called tuna burrito (24e). Tuna it self was good, salad that came with it was OK too... but why the breads for burrito? Made no sense. And there was some warm sauce, that had no taste, on the side of the plate. And this plate had an oily thumb print on it as well. Very bizarre experience.

The food was pretty amazing. I had a wonderful risotto with lemon, thyme, raw shrimp and licorice. What I experienced is a restaurant that has the classics but also deviates to give you italian food that is not the usual and I love that. The service is super friendly but slow, just keep it in mind.

We had very nice dinner at Culinaria upon our arrival to Rome. This place is at the very end of a quiet street and we dined outside and it was perfect. We had some wonderful wine and everyone in our party loved their meals! Highly recommend!

We ordered the risotto and lamb. The risotto was very bland and flavorless. The lamb was over cooked. The purée for the lamb dish had chucks of undissolved salt you can bite into. The ambiance was stale. This place is a joke. Not sure how it has such high reviews.

Il nostro lavoro è riconosciuto da più di 4000 recensioni e non è un gioco … ci stavamo offendendo per la sua recensione ma quando abbiamo capito che descriveva il sale che non si scioglie (sale Maldon) abbiamo capito tutto…le ricordo infine che l’abbiamo accolta in orario di chiusura e le abbiamo fornito anche cibo gluteen free.. noi il nostro lo abbiamo fatto come sempre. I ordered the beef steak and asked to have it rare but the staff told me that it is already pre-cooked so will not be able to do it rare but will try. I wasn't quite understood what it means. When it was served, the beef steak was already cooked before and just warmed up so it was chewy and no taste at all. The other dishes weren't delicious as commented in the Fork. And the service was so slow and the food was already cold when it came to the table. I understand that there were only two staff working and doing their best but it was disappointing dinner. Although the staff were friendly.

The food is amazing. Authentic recipe, with a contemporary flare, executed very well. They have an open kitchen which for me is always a plus. The location is incredibly close to the main station.. it’s a must-go if you’re visiting and a solid choice if you live in the city and looking for high quality food from start to finish.
