6/10One at the table had the grilled fish of the day and the grill was acting up. By the time that was solved, the other diner’s seafood dinner was cold. Not impressed.

10/10Have been in Florence for a week and this restaurant is by far and away the best. Food was excellent as were the staff who were very friendly and attentive.

2/10Not recommended to anyone. Fiorentina was overcooked. Ordered wine, but he didn’t show us the label, just poured a glass behind the bar, so could have been any wine. Overall low quality food and small portions. The deals are not worth it compared to the many good restaurants in Firenze

10/10Nice restaurant with friendly staff. Location is perfect, right in the center. Bruschetta was a 10/10. Service is good, offered us some drinks before dinner. We had to send back our pizza but they made a new one immediately, they offered us a dessert to make up for it, tiramisu was very delicious.

8/10The location and the staff were great, they all spoke English, they very service minded and made sure we had a great evening. We had the fiorentina steak which I think was the best choice since it felt the most authentic. For the rest of the food you could tell that the place is targeting tourists because the pastas (primis) were a mix of dishes from different regions of Italy. The prices were a bit higher than the average restaurant in Florence but that is to be expected for a restaurant at that location. In the coverage charge we also received some sparkling wine and a digestive which was a nice surprise. Thanks to the staff, we had a great evening!

10/10Adam greeted us with a “welcome drink” (delicious house white wine) and recommended several tasty dishes. It was a very enjoyable experience and when I return to Florence it will be a must stop!

6/10The experience at the restaurant left me no greay remarks. The food was good, however the rest of elements of the dinner there didn't convince me. The service was slow and clumsy: they did not know anything of wines and they unwillingly pushed over a cup of wine on me. Ultimately, the restaurant was very dark and the tables in the saloon were not cleverly organised.

Caro Nat , la ricordo che è stato detto e sottolineato che la bistecca Chianina è 9,50 all’etto e dopo aver visto la bistecca al tavolo prima era di 1 .9KG , non era necessario lasciare un voto così peggiore perché non era possibile fare la bistecca ben cotta , A FIRENZE si mangia al sangue , volevo essere utile ad aiutarle da suo punto di vista Ma comunque le ringraziamo A presto

10/10The food and service here are top notch! The staff had our table for 8 ready set for us even though we arrived 20 min early. We had 4 kids in our group and they treated our families so well so I highly recommend this spot for families with young kids and groups! The food was excellent, the best I’ve had in Italy so far. I especially loved the crostini appetizer and pastas. We ended with a delicious dessert of tiramisu and panne cotta. Both were superb! Love the food and staff at this excellent restaurant!
