7.5/10Rude waiters, insolent to us but friendly with other tables. Simple requests were ignored like more water or some grated cheese for a soup. It was hard to understand, really. We were invisible until we asked for the bill. It is a shame because the food was very good but the rest left a bad taste.

10/10This restaurant was ideal for us. Easy to find and excellent food and service even if if is quite big and seemed crowded. The excellent Florentine steak made the trip memorable! I would definitely go back.

10/10Really good experience. Had the big Florentine steak and it was perfectly cooked. Wife had the homemade pasta Cacio Pepe. She said it was amazing. Also had desert which might have been the best part. Definitely worth the effort and would go back again for sure. Service was also fantastic and my water glass was never empty, etc.

10/10I have been to Tuscany many times. This was my first time to Da Remo. Extraordinary. A must meal in Monteriggioni. I would rank it a 5++.

10/10This was an utterly unforgettable experience, in a stunning medieval walled town we sat in a spacious semi- alfresco terrace and had a relaxed tuscan feast. I had a first course of pici (giant tuscan spaghetti) followed by a strip steak which blew away any of London's specialist steakhouse at a fraction of the price and washed it down with a glass of barolo. A must visit gem.

10/10We just had a wonderful lunch on the advice of our wine sommelier. He was spot on. The food and service were spectacular… so much so we made a reservation to return for dinner to enjoy a traditional Florentine steak. Highly recommend you experience this restaurant. You won’t be dial.

10/10We were away from the uk for a couple of months travelling . From Matera eventually to this hill top village. The best food and service we received of the entire journey. A truly wonderful evening helped with our food selection by the most charming Italian waiter, knowledgeable and delightful

10/10This was a great find for my family and I. It was nearly freezing out and dining inside the room with the fireplace was so welcoming. We had the Florentine steak in at least 5 different restaurants and this place made it the best. The expertise from our waiter regarding the food pairing was spot on. This is clearly a locals place that made these tourists feel welcome. The wifi was spotty at best but what do you expect with 3ft thick stone walls. Definitely worth the price and drive!
