Large restaurant in a nice garden but plagued by mosquitos……..maybe we were just too sweet. Food was mediocre at best - very touristy - compared to so many other lovely restaurants in the area (…TIP the nicest restaurants are not in Montereggiano village but in the close countryside). Staff were polite but not friendly. Several were unkempt and wearing dirty, food stained outfits which is offputting

If you needed a star Michelin restaurant that’s not us. Regarding your comment on staff appearance, our team works hard during busy service hours, and while this can occasionally affect presentation, we will remind everyone of the importance of maintaining a neat image at all times. The back patio of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful. It is like eating in a private forest. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The food is perfect. What a wonderful evening.

Great creative food, not the usual tuscan fare but creative dishes like wild boar with red berries and caper dust or pistachio parfait with lemony crumble. Elegant setting, attentive service, reasonable price.

Rude waiters, insolent to us but friendly with other tables. Simple requests were ignored like more water or some grated cheese for a soup. It was hard to understand, really. We were invisible until we asked for the bill. It is a shame because the food was very good but the rest left a bad taste.

This restaurant was ideal for us. Easy to find and excellent food and service even if if is quite big and seemed crowded. The excellent Florentine steak made the trip memorable! I would definitely go back.

Really good experience. Had the big Florentine steak and it was perfectly cooked. Wife had the homemade pasta Cacio Pepe. She said it was amazing. Also had desert which might have been the best part. Definitely worth the effort and would go back again for sure. Service was also fantastic and my water glass was never empty, etc.
