We had no idea what to expect when arriving to find a hidden gem. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Watching the preparation of the carbonara at the table was entertaining. The desert was fantastic. We were never neglected and will always remember our experience.

Is it the food? Is it the service? Is it the presentation of the way your carbonara is made in the cheese wheel? Or the size (and taste!) of the spritz drinks? It is a yes to all of the above! We started with the meet appetizer and it was just the beginning of a flavourfull experience. The truffle pasta's smooth taste makes for a great tasting experience, but not so great for sharing, if you know what I mean ;) Carbonara is prepared in the cheese wheel right in front of your eyes, adding flare to amazing taste. The only regret is that I won't want to even attempt ordering carbonara anywhere else now. Oh, the drinks are great too. And if you need extra boost in your portions, double/triple/etc. sizes are there without sacrificing the taste. Limoncello spritz (double!) had actual lemon pulp and taste. And service ties it altogether. Francesco was attentive, the carbonara performance and story was worth it on its own. 10/10, put it on your to-eat list!

The staff were so polite and welcoming! It was the best carbonara I’ve had in all of Italy! From Naples, to Rome, to Milan, to Venice, theirs is the best!

We had the best experience at Dal Moros. The Cacio de Pepe was my favorite! The service was so great, we loved the staff and had a great time. Highly recommend coming here for great pasta experience.
