8.5/10Our lunch at DaMa was a nice experience with ups and downs. However, Eduardo was so gracious and attentive that our meal was a positive experience. Some plates were outstanding (Tajarin di Bra) and others were somewhat dissapointing. The wine pairing suggested was on point but for some reason the sommelier was late to offer a wine for the main plate. I am sure he had a reason for that. We had a great table that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view of the Langhe Hills. There are great restaurants in the area and this experience was not our best. Congratulations to Edoardo!

9.5/10We were welcomed like regular guests although we came here for the first time. We took the more elaborate menu and boy, did we choose perfectly. The various courses with amuse-bouche, appetizers, fish, meat, pre-dessert, dessert coffee and miniardises were superb, in quality and quantity. Highly recommendable!

9/10Excellent food with a mix of tradition from Piedmont and Puglia, where the Chef comes from. You can expect not only great pasta, meat and vegetable dishes, but also seafood, which is not common in Langhe. From the indoor room of the restaurant the view on the wineries and the hills is amazing and in the Summer you can also have aperitivo and coffee outdoor. The restaurant is inside a Relais, including a swimming pool and spa. We celebrated a birthday and the tiramisu cake was really one of the best cakes we ever had. Congratulations to the Chef!
