Wow – what an unforgettable experience! The Wow – what an unforgettable experience! The food was soooo good – every bite was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love and care. You can tell the kitchen knows exactly what they're doing. But what truly made the night was our waiter. He was the friendliest, most genuine guy – so passionate about his job and an absolute pleasure to talk to. He really knows his stuff, and listening to him talk about the menu, ingredients, and even a bit about the local food culture was just fascinating. You don’t meet people like that every day! Can’t recommend this place enough. Come hungry and ready to enjoy something special – both on your plate and in the company.

The food was really tasty and well made. Clean distinct flavours and good quality indgredients. Truffle pasta being the highlight. The recommended wine paired well with our food. Even the bread served on side was delicious. The owner and the staff were genuinely friendly and the atmosphere of the place was really warm and welcoming. Very good price to quality ratio in this place. Highly recommended.

Our Dinner started with a warm welcome from the owner and went ever up hill from there. The cocktails were delicious and the amuse bouche was a nice addition. The bread was served warm with an amazing crust. Our pasta course was amazing. The perfect al dente pastas had us wanting to order more but we had main courses still to arrive! We had the lamb and the beef fillet and both were done perfectly. The seasoning on the lamb was a great balance of herbs and spices. The sides on both dishes were so good also. I would highly recommend going to Damot for the food and the ambiance. Was a wonderful experience.

6/10A tourist trap — not a place locals would dine at. The overall experience was underwhelming. The bread was clearly from the previous day, awkwardly reheated in an attempt to mask its staleness. The burrata was decent on its own, but the tomatoes served with it seemed either stewed or not fresh. The pasta was on the verge of overcooked — far from al dente. The one highlight of the set menu was the black cod, which was genuinely tasty, though unfortunately let down by its accompaniments. The vegetable purée was watery, and the bok choy had lost its freshness. The panna cotta was acceptable, though personally, I prefer a lighter version. Service was generally okay, but the overly pushy marketing ruined the experience. The waiter was loud and insistent, constantly trying to upsell and convince us how fresh and amazing everything was — something that didn’t match the actual quality. This style of service might appeal to some, but it didn’t work for us.

10/10Damot’ is an exciting local trattoria with homemade pastas, burrata and bread loaves. The tasting menus are an exceptional value for 4 courses. Each dish is perfection. Dessert is delicious. Highlights: tiramisu; lasagna; beef tartar; filet of beef; pepperoni and aperol spritz.

10/10The design of this place is very nice and cozy, but the food is truly amazing. I ate burata and filet mignon, both of those were one of the best I have ever eaten. My parents ordered a tasting menu with sea food and enjoyed their food as well. Furthermore, the desserts haven't fallen behind as well. So, if you want to enjoy the evening and have one of the best meals in your life, this is the place you should visit :)

10/10Great restaurant, really excellent experience. We ordered the fixed seafood menu and every course was memorable. Wines by the glass were perfectly matched to the food. It's very creative and feels like a French-Italian fusion. Excellent service too.

10/10It is absolutely a great experience for me and my wife at Darmot. The hospitality of the people is great, and the cuisine and the dishes are brilliant. Yet the price is exceptionally reasonable. It is a place we will remember and love to visit again!

The service was excellent in this little urban delight. The tasting dinner we enjoyed started with a steamy loaf of bread and a special olive oil, followed by a delicious burratta drizzled in a basil scented olive oil. We shared a mista salad which we dressed ourselves in olive oil and a delicious balsamic vinegar. The primo course was a lovely pocket paste with both a pomodoro and a drizzle of blanco sauce. The beef tenderloin with rosemary and sage sat atop whipped potatoes and had a light and delectable sauce on it, similar to gravy but very light. We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. A+++

10/10The staff was great. Very attentive. Food was excellent and a great value. I accidentally left my credit card at the restaurant and one of the staff brought it to my hotel after service. Who does that? A must visit if in Milano.

10/10There service was wonderful and the food was so good we went there twice while we were visiting Milan. The owner Luca was super friendly and welcoming. The Caprese and lasagna were so good we had them on both our visits. The prices are very reasonable.

8.5/10Nice restaurant with a nice décoration. A bit noisy but the people left after our arrival. Food is really good. Very tasty and healthy. Very good service. The only negative point is that i do not think that the bottle of water was a new one. I think they put tap water on cause the lady whe served us open the bottle before. So try to ask them to open the bottle by yourself. And the 2.5 euros per person of charge for the dresses table is a bit a lot. Never seen that before. Otherwise it is a good restaurant

Thanks for the review! We assure you that we have never sold tap water. We're sorry if you thought that. Relatively to the cover price we think we are also much cheaper than many other restaurants, given that on average it costs €4 in Milan

10/10Brilliant restaurant. Waiting staff were pleasant and attentive from start to finish. The food was top quality and the little appetisers given between courses an unexpected treat. Incredibly reasonable price for the quality of food and service received. Highly reccomend!

4.5/10The food was mediocre, the waiters could not properly communicate in English and it took them 1,5 hours to bring out the main course. It was Saturday night and they had run out of truffle which is a main ingredient in two different dishes they carry on the menu. The wine by the glass was pretty average. Definitely below par - will not go there again.
