9/10Very good food in a very centrally Bruxelles location. My three dips with pitta bread and my chicken burger with fries and a small salad were very tasty and good quality. The cocktails are very reasonably priced and delicious. Service was friendly and relaxed, the dining room was pleasant. A good choice for a casual meal.

9/10Kind staff, good food, comfortable seats, nice ambience. One minus point for orange juice claimed as fresh, that did not give this impression at all and the price therof 7 euros!

7/10All in all it was a good evening, the food was good, the service very friendly, maybe a bit inexperienced and a bit disjointed. So we opted for a few starters to share, the quality and value for money of the Planche with Cheeses and Meats was very good, at least 3 or 4 different hams, and the same with cheeses, as well as Cornichons, cooked veggies all super for the price, actually surpassed expectations. The two croquettes however were not really worth the price, le fondant de Parmesan small and very standard fair, the croquette de Crevettes, very much the same one would be able to buy those in a supermarket. For mains, we had Belgian foods, the Boulettes were dry, but the sauce and fries were good, the ‚Carbonade‘ and the Beefburger were very good , although not very hot. We would have drank a little more, but despite the seats beside the counter, ordering was not quite as easy. In fairness it was a hot evening and the terrace was packed full. All in all a good experience

perfecto location, very agreeable place. The waiting staff is polite, helpful and amazing. The food was marvellous, and the "Jambom"/"Schweinaxel" (not always on the menu but may be available upon request, ask the waiters ;) ) was divinal.

The food was pretty much uneventful - I ordered some snacks to go with a drink. They were ok. I didn't like the place much, though. It was warm and they had the windows down, which made the cigarette smoke travel well inside of the place. It was also rather noisy.

8.5/10Solid food (with carbonnades flamandes and tuna tataki really good, but some in our party complained about sub-standard potato wedges sold as fries and tasteless chicken meat) but for standard dishes a bit on the expensive side. Friendly service but room for improvement as regards speed and efficiency (e.g. drinks were only brought after food had been served and when we arrived, waiting staff were reviewing organisational details in front of us and at same length, totally ignoring us in an almost comical way).

The area is charming but quite touristy, which initially made us hesitate to book. However, this place is far from a tourist trap. The service is attentive yet unobtrusive, and the staff are incredibly kind. We even had the chance to meet the owner and exchange a few words. The design suited our taste perfectly, and the atmosphere was delightful. But the real highlight was the food, both in quality and quantity. We ordered a burger and a carbonnade, served with fries and salad, and they were absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back.

7.5/10It was nice food especially the salads. The lamb skewers and chicken tenders were also nice. The thing made us drop our rating by one star was the service. Having expressly stated that we wanted our starters first and mains after, we were pretty gutted when it all arrived together (one of my pet hates!). You end up with a cluttered table, food going cold and a meal that lasts half an hour when it should last at least twice that! We also ordered a bottle of wine but when it arrived at the table (already opened) the equivalent of a glass of wine had already been taken from the bottle! The servers were apologetic but it makes you wonder what you are actually getting.
