+1What a find! After reading some tripadvisor reviews we decided to try Dedo's as it was local to where we were staying. And we were not disappointed. There was a good, flavourful choice of food, all well presented. The service was prompt but not overly so, the wine list well stocked, the ambience was functional if a little cold, but maybe that's the sort of kitchen atmosphere he's aiming for. A bit of lower level lighting wouldn't go amiss. All together the best food we ate on holiday without a doubt. Thanks, Dedo!

We were welcomed in and seated promptly. Our server was friendly and spoke English enough to get our order ( my Italian is terrible). Wife had pasta with mussels and I had the octopus Twice! It was that good. Would highly recommend 10/10

7.5/10The server was very nice and accomodating and didn't pressure us to eat more than we wanted. The food was good, but not exceptional in any way. The space was nice and charming. The wine by the glass was very good and good value.

+1Been here in Puglia for 2 weeks and this restaurant is the best we have been to and we have had a lot of beautiful meals started with a basket of beautiful warm homemade breads we had the chefs starter of 5 sea and land and it was outstanding and then had white rabbit ragu pasta and the octopus and flava beans all very good to full for dessert but looked good and had a bottle of Chardonnay which was lovely all came to €82 we are from UK and would rate this restaurant 1 Mitchelin star
