We were ready for a nice meal with hints of Puglia, but not the same standard fare on most other menus in Lecce, and we found it here! The best Insalata di mare we've had anywhere in the world, we almost ordered more. The monkfish was also excellent, and the Chitarrine was a unique blend of stewed beef, local pasta, and pumpkin. We almost always go for Tiramisu, but opted for the Panna Cotta and were not disappointed. Our server was so helpful with our wine selection and really added a lot to our dining experience. The chef, Edoardo Cannarozzo, is also the owner, and his passion for Apulian cuisine and his talented palate made for a very enjoyable evening.

Great little restaurant with a warm welcome, a modern ambience, and delightful service. The food was delicious - pumpkin flowers stuffed with cheese, amazing! Grilled octopus with vegetables, delicious! And bombettes (thin pork rolled with cheese inside!), wow, served with delicious though cold vegetables - a must! The wine list focuses on local wines, we had a Nero de Troia, excellent! Loved our dinner, and told our hotel host and some other guests about it - they will be going there after seeing us drool at the memory of our dinner there! Simply: GO!

What a find! After reading some tripadvisor reviews we decided to try Dedo's as it was local to where we were staying. And we were not disappointed. There was a good, flavourful choice of food, all well presented. The service was prompt but not overly so, the wine list well stocked, the ambience was functional if a little cold, but maybe that's the sort of kitchen atmosphere he's aiming for. A bit of lower level lighting wouldn't go amiss. All together the best food we ate on holiday without a doubt. Thanks, Dedo!
