10/10A beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food was excellent: two of the best dishes I’ve had in recent memory and although I found the menu concept a bit limiting at first, it had much more variety and scope than I’d anticipated.

10/10Exceptional in every way. Menu options, the food is delicious and creative. Small 8 tables and candle lit. Provides a quiet elegant dining experience worthy of the food. The massive wine list is brilliant and runs from affordable to the highest end but the sommelier is knowledgeable and very helpful. The truffles, the game ( quail) are presented beautifully and sauced brilliantly

10/10We had lunch here. Ordered a starter, two pasta, and two desserts. Every dish was excellent. My wife especially liked the beef tartar. My favorite was ravioli. The service was also flawless.

+2We had an absolutely exquisite experience. The service was impeccable but the food outshined everything. We chose the ala carte option and had several items from the cheese and truffle menu. The service was amazing and truly allowed for an elegant dining experience. Our waiter chose a wine to go perfectly with our first cheese dish. Then we had a beautiful bottle of brunello to finish our dinner. The wine list is extensive today the least. I am going to recommend this to all of my friends who visit Florence!! (And don’t let the fact that this is near Uffizi let you think this is a tourist trap…it’s definitely not and it’s for guest with sophisticated dining tastes).

This was the best meal of our entire trip. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The menu offered a great selection of options—whether you prefer to order à la carte or opt for the tasting menu. We chose the à la carte, and it was a fantastic choice. My starter was a beautifully prepared egg with peas and truffles—absolutely delicious. For my main, I had the lamb, which was incredible—bursting with flavor and melting in your mouth. My husband enjoyed the quail, which was equally amazing in flavor. Their wine list was also impressively extensive, pairing perfectly with every dish. I can’t wait to return to this place. Truly an unforgettable dining experience!

9/10Food. Ravioli with parmegiano were superb. Perfect balance between flavours. My tartare was also very good as the venison with pepper (great idea). The wine list is very long and very impressive and has wines for every wallet.

+1Don’t hesitate. I can earnestly recommend going here if you’d love to enjoy a truly amazing culinary experience. We are so happy we had made a reservation far in advance of our first visit to Florence. Degusteria Italiana agli Uffizi is simply not to be missed - it was one of the very finest dining experiences we’ve ever had. The restaurant felt truly welcoming, with an utterly relaxing atmosphere that was enhanced by the care and attention given by Guillaume and Francisco. We were able to take our time relishing each course, learning about ingredients, and then savoring each each course of our chosen truffle themed dinner, perfectly paired with amazing wines.

5-star experience in every way. The truffle menu provided 3 courses and every single bite was swoon-worthy. Truly, this is an experience not to be missed. The wine pairing was spot-on and allowed us to try many Italian wines that we would not have found on our own. This was our second time at Degustation Italiana over 3 years and each visit was spectacular.

10/10We arrived late and their were very gentle to accommodate us and provide a great experience! Food is awesome and the combination of Cheese, Truffle and Game meat was superb! Will come back in the future for the full tasting menu! Sommelier wine pairing was exquisite!

10/10Wonderful romantic atmosphere with great food. The service was exceptional, and made us feel welcome. We especially enjoyed the ravioli, which magically contained five different flavors one after the other in every bite.

If your tastebuds enjoy a five star experience, this is the place to be, with a chef who must be inspired by the angels. If you like a lovely wine, perfectly pared with this heavenly fare, this is the place to be. If you love the warmth and beauty of Florence, come and be welcomed in to enjoy them both, this is the place to be. The finish, a limoncello made by the chef, that was like a soft satin sheet on my tongue suddenly covered in fireworks! This is definitely the place to be…

We had a fantastic meal at Degusteria - The Game taster menu and the Cheese Taster menu. We opted for the accompanying wines and each course was fabulous. The staff were very attentive and very knowledgeable about the wines. Would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion and for true foodies.

I rarely give this higher rating, but this restaurant deserves it. Literally one of the top 10 meals of my life. My wife and I had a wonderful experience, excellent food, great wine, excellent service. This is an outstanding restaurant.

7/10I was not impressed with the food. The lamb was hard to cut through because it was grisly and the pheasant dish was very dry. My husband wanted some oil or. Utter with the bread brought out in the beginning of the meal and they said they only keep those ingredients in the kitchen

9/10This is a really good restaurant that is trying to get a Michelin start, however, their food is a little bit lacking in terms of taste and sophistication. This is a nice place, but only for one time visit.
