10/10This restaurant was immediately amazing no matter what you order. The ravioli are the best by far. We did truffle dishes, and they were all absolutely great. The best in Florence. We went there twice for lunch and dinner and highly recommend it.

8/10Change the mirrors on toilett, tell chefs not to use mobile phone while working with preparing food. Do something about smell in toilet.

10/10Very nice restaurant in a quiet street. We tried 7 courses menu that was quite special. Especially recommend for people who like cheese. The waiters took care of each table. In the peak season when tourists are everywhere, we are glad to find an elegant and exquisite restaurant.

7.5/10Charming restaurant and delicious food. Our service however was very poor. We asked for a wine list several times and got it 45 minutes after being seated. We finally ordered food after an hour. While the food was some of the best in Florence, the cadence of the meal was frustrating. We ended the night on a high note of delicious dessert and digestif.

10/10Amazing gastronomic experience with excellent well informed staffed. From start to finish it was a culinary journey. It’s our first time trying a tasting menu and I was really blown away by the whole experience. The staff were really friendly and well informed. The wine list was huge and daunting but the waiter was really informative and helped pick an excellent white. I can’t praise this place enough and would recommend it as a place to eat.

10/10This meal was absolutely fantastic! We did the Carte Blanche seven-course tasting menu along with their wine pairing. Every course that came out suddenly became our favorite course of the evening, and it was great to be able to see the chefs working in the nearby kitchen. It's a very small restaurant (seats 16-20) which enables their wait staff of two the ability to tend to all their guests exceptionally well. They did a great job modifying things for my wife who is gluten free, and they have a BOOK of wine that is honestly overwhelming but nonetheless outstanding. DEFINITELY recommend going to Degusteria Italiana agli Uffizi! Bravo!

9.5/10The food was amazing, the staff were welcoming, charming, helpful and knowledgeable. This was not our first visit and it will not be our last. And the prices, for a truly excellent meal, were very good value (as were the prices of the Chianti Classicos!)

10/10Every bite was incredible and the service was so friendly and attentive! We had the Carte Blanche menu which samples all three of the restaurants chief flavors: cheese, truffles, and game, and it was such a delight. Ask the server to suggest wine pairings for the seven courses! Buonissimi!

10/10A place that, through its ambiance, pleasantly invites everyone to speak in slightly hushed tones seems appropriate for the feeling of reverence the establishment has for the food and wine they serve and the polite and enthusiastic service they provide. Everything was delectable. An experience that stands out and that will be remembered.

10/10Benjamino and Holly were excellent hosts. The food and wine were fantastic. Spent several hours discussing and enjoying all facets of food, Florence, wine and people. I’ve eaten at a lot of great restaurants in the US and this one is that much better. Don’t miss it.

6/10Service was very ‘cold’ and typicall, a smile and higher energy level is a ‘must’ in this job. Room was extremely narrow, felt crammed. But it was beautifully decorated and furnished. To the food. Three main themes, cheese, truffle and game. Had we seen this in detail i their website we would not book there. To the food: risotto with truffle was the best dish, but rather small portion to share, as a starter. The beef fillet was good but uninspiring. Tha lamb, slow cooked in vacuum, for 12 hours, was a disaster. The particular lamb smell was evident and killed the truffle. There are ways to have this smell go from the meat, some treatment with lemon for example. They offered a discount cause the lamb dish was left in its majority. Overall, overpriced for the offering. Conclusion: michelin recommended restaurant? I believe guide michelin has lowered the standards

10/10Beautiful little venue just around the corner from Uffizi. Very attentive staff and exquisite food with a great wine selection. They only have a handful of tables so reservation is a must! It was our best culinary experience in Firenze.

10/10The restaurant is so cozy and charming. It’s very small and quiet. We had the truffle tasting menu which was so nice for eight people, and the chefs accommodated our vegetarians. I never thought I’d eat beef tongue stuffed ravioli, but it turned out to be my favorite thing. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
