10/10Benjamin, Guillaume, Alessandro and staff were absolutely fanstastic; so much so, that we made a second reservation two days after our initial reservation. Their grace, professionalism, client service, and knowledge are top-notch; the welcome, service, ambiance, and attention to detail they provided are second to none! And the food! We ordered the 7-course Chef Selection Menu for our first reservation: creative, playful, and delicious. Our second reservation entailed the 4-course White Truffle Tasting Menu: truly a gastronomical marvel! Moreover, the recommended wine pairings were the best we have encountered in Florence. Whether a romantic tete-a-tete dinner or a group lunch, I wholeheartedly recommend Degusteria Italiana agli Uffizi. We eagerly await our next culinary experience with them!

10/10We have been there several times, including NYE 2024, and the food, service and ambiance are always excellent. The food is local and seasonal, and the staff explain the menu and wine in great detail. The white truffle dishes this time of year are delicious. This restaurant is a must try.

10/10We travelled to Florence to celebrate my partner's birthday. We have been recommended this restaurant by the hotel staff, Davide, where we have stayed for our trip - Hotel Ville Sull'Arno. And, we couldn't be happier with our experience. Our waiter, Francesco, looked after us during our visit. You could tell he is passionate about his work, and he was proud to serve the food and wine served at this wonderful establishment. As for the kitchen, the chef and his team crafted the most special menu offering truly unique and authentic taste of Italy worthy of its rich heritage and modern innovation. We loved it all. If you are looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion - look no further!

10/10My wife and I ordered the white truffle tasting menu with wine pairing. The truffle dishes were amazing and the pasta dish may have been the best I have ever had. Truly amazing experience.

+1An absolutely amazing experience. The menu was perfect and the staff was so helpful. My wife and I are not super fancy people but love good food. They were able to guide us through everything and were so friendly. The restaurant is small and perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Wine selections were perfect as well. You need to make this a priority when visiting Florence.

10/10A beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food was excellent: two of the best dishes I’ve had in recent memory and although I found the menu concept a bit limiting at first, it had much more variety and scope than I’d anticipated.

10/10Exceptional in every way. Menu options, the food is delicious and creative. Small 8 tables and candle lit. Provides a quiet elegant dining experience worthy of the food. The massive wine list is brilliant and runs from affordable to the highest end but the sommelier is knowledgeable and very helpful. The truffles, the game ( quail) are presented beautifully and sauced brilliantly

10/10We had lunch here. Ordered a starter, two pasta, and two desserts. Every dish was excellent. My wife especially liked the beef tartar. My favorite was ravioli. The service was also flawless.

+2We had an absolutely exquisite experience. The service was impeccable but the food outshined everything. We chose the ala carte option and had several items from the cheese and truffle menu. The service was amazing and truly allowed for an elegant dining experience. Our waiter chose a wine to go perfectly with our first cheese dish. Then we had a beautiful bottle of brunello to finish our dinner. The wine list is extensive today the least. I am going to recommend this to all of my friends who visit Florence!! (And don’t let the fact that this is near Uffizi let you think this is a tourist trap…it’s definitely not and it’s for guest with sophisticated dining tastes).

This was the best meal of our entire trip. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The menu offered a great selection of options—whether you prefer to order à la carte or opt for the tasting menu. We chose the à la carte, and it was a fantastic choice. My starter was a beautifully prepared egg with peas and truffles—absolutely delicious. For my main, I had the lamb, which was incredible—bursting with flavor and melting in your mouth. My husband enjoyed the quail, which was equally amazing in flavor. Their wine list was also impressively extensive, pairing perfectly with every dish. I can’t wait to return to this place. Truly an unforgettable dining experience!
