The ambience was lovely. A small, quiet restaurant where we could easily hear the conversation with friends. The service was wonderful and they had excellent food recommendations. We had the vegetable menu and the flavors were incredible - the cauliflower dish was our favorite. There was one dish that came with anchovies which I could eat and was excellent but our friends who are vegetarian asked for no anchovies and their dish lacked some salt. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend for vegetarians. The dishes were flavorful and well executed.

We arived at 15:35 ,they did not serve menu ,it become regular restaurnt,the servise we recieved was poor,the food is terrible, we pay very high price for very small and bad food ,i will not recomend this place , I think that your web sight must warn people not to order at that our of the day I feel you misled me .

Amazing food. Wonderful service and suggested wine pairings. And all for very reasonable prices, especially for a 2025 Michelin starred restaurant.

We had an amazing time! The sommelier Javier was the best and made crazy fun drink pairings with each course. We enjoyed it very much!

+2Desborre was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. The menu is short and inventive, full of bold flavors, and every dish is beautifully presented. The cocktails are very unique, and the staff is warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, perfect for a fun night out or a special celebration. Desborre truly delivers on every level — flavor, service, and ambiance. Highly recommended!

This is top level cuisine. We chose the small tasting menu. Every dish was exquisitely balanced. No flavour is in competition with another, the saltiness of an anchovy cutting through the creamy sauce. Smoky bacon flavour paired with delicately cooked cod. Each dish well considered and executed. I agree with those who suggest this Chef is heading for a Michelin star. Get booked in while you can!

Just a wonderful experience on our last of 5 dinners in Madrid. Might’ve been our best meal there. A true hidden gem. I actually recommended it to our hotel concierge (Palacio de los Duques) who hadn’t heard of it yet. Do not miss the set menu. Well worth it (very reasonably priced as well).

An incredibly creative and well executed menu worthy of their Michelin consideration. It certainly isn’t inexpensive but worthy of a splurge!

+1We ordered the prefix menu and added an extra entree. The fish dish was amazing. The extra beef Wellington that we ordered also tasted amazing. I wish I just had a whole beef wellington. I didn’t enjoy the fake risotto dish. I’m not a very big fan of cheese, so that may be why. The cheesecake dessert was also tasty, but there was a bit too much crust. I left some of the crust and ate the entire cheesecake part.

+1Nice little restaurant, beautifully decorated. The food was great and the wine recommendations were spot on. We tried different appetizers and main courses and were all delicious .

Excellent food. The "fake" risotto was particularly good. Staff were super friendly. We had the *short* tasting menu, as we thought the longer one was a little too long given our appetites on the day. The short one was however perhaps one course too short though.

+4We had the larger tasting menu which was delicious, packed with varied and interesting flavours, and beautifully presented. Service was cheerful, efficient and friendly. Would without hesitation recommend a visit, you will enjoy it.

I really enjoyed the pork rolls and the deer steak. Be careful when ordering the squid ink bread—it will turn your mouth completely black! But it’s a lot of fun if you’re with friends. The chicken with foie gras was disappointing. It was very dry, and the foie gras flavor was barely noticeable. This is also the first Michelin-selected restaurant where we didn’t like the desserts. The cheesecake wasn’t sweet, and the dessert called "Grandma’s Breakfast" had plain kefir and dill in it. It was a strange and unpleasant combination.

The service was amazing, attentive and personalized. Both food and wine were perfectly chosen. They keep making you feel at home!

Fabulous, and unusual, tasting menu. Great, friendly service, and we thoroughly enjoyed our special evening. Was lovely to meet the chef although our pathetic spanish meant we could only congratulate her, rather than discuss her inspiration.

This was the best meal we had in Madrid. The attention to detail was reflected in the quality of the cooking as well as the beautiful presentation. We would go back there tomorrow.

Excellent experience full of unexpected surprises. Savory and original cuisine marrying traditional ingredients with modern preparations. Lovely interior, too. The chef has a great future ahead of her!
