10/10I really enjoyed the pork rolls and the deer steak. Be careful when ordering the squid ink bread—it will turn your mouth completely black! But it’s a lot of fun if you’re with friends. The chicken with foie gras was disappointing. It was very dry, and the foie gras flavor was barely noticeable. This is also the first Michelin-selected restaurant where we didn’t like the desserts. The cheesecake wasn’t sweet, and the dessert called "Grandma’s Breakfast" had plain kefir and dill in it. It was a strange and unpleasant combination.

10/10Fabulous, and unusual, tasting menu. Great, friendly service, and we thoroughly enjoyed our special evening. Was lovely to meet the chef although our pathetic spanish meant we could only congratulate her, rather than discuss her inspiration.

10/10This was the best meal we had in Madrid. The attention to detail was reflected in the quality of the cooking as well as the beautiful presentation. We would go back there tomorrow.

10/10Excellent experience full of unexpected surprises. Savory and original cuisine marrying traditional ingredients with modern preparations. Lovely interior, too. The chef has a great future ahead of her!
