8.5/10very delicious food. we made the reservation for 2:45 to 3:45 but the kitchen was open only till 3:00.

10/10If you’re ever wandering around Bari, do yourself a favour and stop by Dilman to have a quick lunch, a romantic dinner or a fancy cocktail. Food is tasty, primary ingredients are excellent, pairings are wonderful, service is outstanding and the stuff is the kindest. We had a wonderful dinner and Dilman will most likely become our new favourite restaurant in Bari. 10/10 because I cannot give a higher score.
