2/10We arrived at the restaurant only to be told that our table had not been reserved. Instead, we were asked to wait until a table became available and were told that we should have called rather than booked online through TheFork. This is unacceptable. We were hosting family visiting from abroad, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect well on what one would expect of Swiss hospitality. The waitresses explained that management had not informed the staff, which only added to the frustration. We will certainly not return, and I strongly suggest reviewing both the reservation process and how staff communicate with potential customers.

We were so surprised by the quality and taste of the pizzas. Same as the one you have in Italy. We are very happy with the food will definitely come back!

8.5/10The meat that is supposedly half cooked on the black plate, was already fully cooked when it came. Overall it was alright! The sauces are extremely tasty!!

8/10Before arriving to restaurant, we called there and said that we had a reservation but interestingly, a man said "that is not right!"🫨🫨 Very rude behavior. I had to pay for simple tap water even w4 had 2 glasses of wine. 2ndly,there was no toilet paper or hand drying paper in the WC, and as a final review> wc door was broken and couldn't lock when I was in. another man tried to enter, when I shouted, he saw ne and left.

9/10Good value with the Fork discount and wasn’t treated any differently. Bread was complimentary so go ahead and eat it! Wasn’t sure what to try off the Fork in Montreux and was very happy with my choice here.

7.5/10They did not apply the 20% discount on sur la cart menu items that was on the reservation I made with The Fork. In fact, they asked us nothing about our reservation when we were seated. At the end of the meal, we did not look and only noticed it later. It would have saved us at least 15-20ch. Just be aware you need to be very vocal about your discounts before and at the end of your meal if you reserve online.

9.5/10Grilled veal paillard & Gorgonzola gnocchi were delicious. Nice wine list. Really enjoyed the Montepulciano d’Abbruzzo. The Caramelita sundae was to die for. Service was good but not very attentive. Great ambiance for a date night.

10/10Very much enjoyed dinner at Dolce. Food, service & ambiance was wonderful. We had gnocchi Gorgonzola & lake perch entrees. Caramel gelato for dessert was divine. Great selection of wines too! Great place for date night. We definitely plan to come back.
