We arrived at the restaurant only to be told that our table had not been reserved. Instead, we were asked to wait until a table became available and were told that we should have called rather than booked online through TheFork. This is unacceptable. We were hosting family visiting from abroad, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect well on what one would expect of Swiss hospitality. The waitresses explained that management had not informed the staff, which only added to the frustration. We will certainly not return, and I strongly suggest reviewing both the reservation process and how staff communicate with potential customers.

Before arriving to restaurant, we called there and said that we had a reservation but interestingly, a man said "that is not right!"🫨🫨 Very rude behavior. I had to pay for simple tap water even w4 had 2 glasses of wine. 2ndly,there was no toilet paper or hand drying paper in the WC, and as a final review> wc door was broken and couldn't lock when I was in. another man tried to enter, when I shouted, he saw ne and left.
