The staff here are amazing, such personal service, open to conversation and they couldn’t be more helpful. The food was beautiful, we loved that our pasta dishes were served in the pan! We had great wine recommendations that worked well with our food too. The location is lovely too, stunning decor and central.

The food and service were superb. The waitress from Columbia was friendly and took time to talk to us. We were a group of 5 for an 18th birthday celebration and everything was perfect. The only thing missing was a beer selection (maybe Italian beer) and a soft drinks menu.

Food was excellent . Service was good from everyone except Alberto .. he got 2 orders wrong and did not double check the order initially . Also needed help to use the iPad to order . He did say we could change one of the wrong orders but he was abrupt and made it appear to be our fault !

Our second visit to this restaurant and it was excellent once again. The food and service are first class. The portions aren’t huge but it’s quality over quantity which I prefer. Would recommend.

I can’t think of any aspect that went well. They didn’t seem prepared for us even though we had booked for 9 people. Tables were split. Service was slow. Told we couldn’t order glasses of white wine had to be a bottle. Red wine sent back as it was too cold. Bread for the table was not adequate for the party, 6 rolls for 9. Main course of carbonara for 3 was cold. Overall poor experience. Definitely not going back.

Wow! What an experience. We had an incredible meal with outstanding service. Although we didn’t realise the restaurant was inside the hotel at first (google maps didnt understand this) we were so pleasantly surprised with the level of the hotel and the quality of the food. Everything at Dulce Vita was from Italy and made with love.

A very enjoyable dining experience in the La Dolce Vita restaurant. The Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The Service was first class. The relaxed ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant was particularly appealing. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We were delighted that you don’t have to be a Hotel Guest to dine there. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will certainly dine there again. Mr. & Mrs Stewart Scotland

We had a great experience at Dolce Vita last Thursday. If you want to eat Italian food in Tenerife, this restaurant is one of the best ! We have been served by the manager Alberto : great service, great food, great wine recommandation.

A typical hotel restaurant - a rather sterile environment, lacking in atmosphere. Service was very good, the food was decent, but prices were well above average. The choice of music was bizarre, rather like someone's bonkers grandparent had brought their record collection!

Food was excellent, only ruined by a large party who let their kids run around and were very noisy. Let down by having to wait nearly 1/2 an hour to pay the bill. To their credit the manager discounted the bill.
