the review: I guess most people come to this restaurant because of the Crocodile & Canguru. As our first visit, we needed to gauge the quality, and thus we avoided this. We had the shrimps with green peas' panacotta (GREAT) the duck (nothing special - quite bland, in fact) and the 36h pork (GREAT again). We were 2 sharing it all and we were so full we had no space left for dessert (the Aussie Pavlova will have to wait). The space is nice (upstairs) and the chairs and table are quite nice and comfortable (as opposed to most places). Warm and professional service. The only (subjective) downsides are the coffee at the end (terrible Nespresso) and the music choice - we suffered a mix of second rate bossa nova tunes combined with some of these whinning portuguese pseudo-singers that make you avoid listening to radio music in PT. We'll return.

First experience with Australian cuisine. Nothing like trying crocodile, wild boar, and kangaroo. Ceviche and shrimp panna cotta were also equally delicious. A place and gastronomy to repeat. Friendly and efficient service.

As usual the meal was delicious! I had the tuna tartare and the pork belly! I really should try something else but these are my favourites! The others had the Angus steak and said it was delicious and perfectly rare! Definitely a return visit is in our future!

The restaurant wasn’t busy during our visit, with just a few other diners enjoying the degustation menu, but we decided to go a la carte. For starters, I chose the Kangaroo Tartare, a meat I had never tried before. It was a delightful introduction to new flavors! My husband opted for the Ceviche, and he was extremely pleased with his choice, loving the fresh and zesty elements it presented. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Corvina fish and the Chicken and Prawn Risotto. Both dishes were exceptional—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. To finish our meal, we indulged in the Pavlova and the Sticky Date Pudding for dessert, and both were scrumptious; a perfect sweet note to end our dining experience. Additionally, the restaurant offers a very good selection of wines and drinks at reasonable prices, which complemented our meal beautifully. Overall, the food was incredibly flavorful, and the service was attentive and welcoming.

Only top part of restaurant area was open, a bit of a shame because the experience in the below seemed much nice on the pictures. The glasses on the table were dirty, had to ask for the server to replace them. Food is ok, from the buzz I was expecting more taste. I would not recommend to a friend.

Fabulous meal as always. Our third visit and always certain of great service and food Steak and Duck mains were perfectly cooked and the prawn entree was superb. Our server was pleasant and engaged at all times. Highly recommend

You have to come in and see. Such nice and warming environment, service and then the food, come on. Its just right! Missing out if you are not coming here at least once. They do have vegetarian options but mostly meat.

We had a really good evening on the 1st January 2025. Our Waitress was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was great, we had some of the tastiest food we have had for a while. Totally recommend it, you won't be disappointed

We went for the new years eve menu. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet our expectations for the 190€ p.p that we payed. The food was good but nothing spectacular, one course was served already cold… 90€ would still have been a fair price. Service was kind. Wouldn’t recommand for a special occasion like NYE.

the staff who attended to us...he is so amazing in describing every dish we ended up ordering more than we should. he's the example that all restaurants should follow. the cerviche in Tom Yam and roo tatare is originally wonderful!

Fantastic food and wonderful service. Can strongly recommend the belly pork main, simply melts in your mouth and very tasty. As for the dessert we shared the sticky date pudding….yum! Very reasonably priced too so you must give this little gem a try!

We had an incredible experience in that restaurant the chef is amazing all the dishes were excellent , special and unique. It is not a show of …restaurant but a really excellent chef that would like to show his abilities. The pork belly was Super same with the Salmon sashimi and even the Guacamole was special.

Chef Jennings rightly reserves the Michelin status. Food was fresh and well fused, not confused. Service was friendly but I think our guy was new and at times we felt rushed. Crocs, Roo, Tomyam rice a must followed by the sticky pudding. Not to mention the Sollaire vino verde that paired with all. The price was just right! Thanks to The Fork for the 30%off. Highly recommend.

The 8 course degustation was truly amazing. Each course was a creative blend of flavours and textures, well paired with Australian and local wines. Chatting to Justin highlighted how passionate he is about food. An exceptional dining experience!
