8.5/10The pasta was too salty. The portions are not large, but acceptable. There is not much place inside and a lot of tables, pretty tight

10/10A very nice dining experience, the concept is spot on, exactly what was expected, good ambience and pleasant friendly service. Delicious food, the meat and smoked mash make a great combo. Overall, very satisfying.

10/10Excellent service, very presentable but also relaxed. Food was exquisite. Flavours were perfectly balanced, and the meat was definitely the centerpiece. Just perfect.

4/10I’m surprised that this restaurant is mentioned in the Michelin guide. Meat, food and service,quality was very very poor. The waiters were friendly but clearly understaffed. It took about 20 minutes before we spoke to a waiter. Absolutely nothing special about the meat, in fact very chewy and tough. Nobody even asked how we want our beef cooked. VERY DİSAPPOINTED AT THE MICHELIN GUIDE FOR HAVING THEM IN THEIR RESTAURANT LIST.

Dear Hakan, We thank you very much for your visit, We are sorry you had to wait a few minutes longer, it is clear from the way you write in block letters that you are used to quite different standards. On the dinner honestly there is no point in commenting, you had an expense of about 40 euros each, mainly for steaks that you asked for well cooked. The theme is that the quality of meat is expressed by cookings that tend toward the medium rare. When the meat is well cooked it all becomes the same;-) Otherwise you drank very very well A dear greeting

8/10Good food, high prices, but small portions ... I asked for a picanha with pumpkin puree and spinach, but the amount of puree and spinach were extremely little, and that was the reason that I ordered that dish in the first place.

10/10Lovely place with so tasty dishes. Service is so fast and the atmosphere very nice. Food in fantastic, with lot of fantastic flavours, so tender. Delighted experience. And the wine cellar is really good too!

10/10Had a lovely dinner with my fiancée. The staff were really nice and the food was excellent. We ordered the degustation menu. Everything tasted really good. I really recommend Dry Aged. Next time I will come with family.

7/10A reasonably good Michelin recommended restaurant - service was a bit abrupt and the music far too loud - the ordering waiter was not all that helpful in terms of description (eg quantities) and was quite pushy towards over ordering - the steaks however were very good as were the wines

10/10This place was fantastic to say the least. Went there for my birthday dinner and it was the perfect mix of class and comfort. The setting is perfect and the staff was beyond helpful. The views into the kitchen were awesome especially when they were cutting our steak right in front of us. The steak was absolutely unreal how good. I wouldn’t change one thing!

10/10We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. We were the only guests there that night due to a major Milan Vs Naples game so the restaurant's team went to extra lengths to make sure we had an awesome experience. The complimentary appetizers and extra desserts were to die for, but the meat was absolutely perfect. Cooked to the point ( we all like it rare) and very tender. The service was fast, the waiters were extremely attentive and joked with us frequently. We loved it and will definitely come back if we have the chance to fly to Milan again!

9/10The food was wonderful and very thoughtfully prepared. We had the Chef's tasting menu, which was well composed and excellently prepared. The service was friendly, but not on par with the quality of the food. The pacing was uneven for such top quality cuisine. It would have been nice to be able to select a wine pairing to go with the tasting menu, rather than making our own choices, but the wine was very good. We will definitely return when in Milan.

5.5/10The meat was very good, however both the starter and the amuse bouche were without salt. The service is rather slow but courteous, in general I found the prices higher than the average for the relationship with the quality of the food, the service, the environment and the Milan area. I will not return'.

10/10We just happened on Dry Aged when walking to out Air B&B. We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. Yesterday I went back with my granddaughter as she was craving some steak, having been at boarding school the last two weeks. We were earlier than anyone else so we had the place to ourselves for nearly an hour. The food was wonderful, the service excellent. Thank you!
