10/10the service is amazing. not formal, quite casual so it made us feel chill while enjoy the food. this place is for meat lover. the theme and menu of the resturant gave a hard rock vibe. I like the complimentary bites a lot

10/10One of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Not only was the food incredible, the entire experience was top-tier. The menu was accessible, the service was attentive and easy-going, and the ambiance felt fun, hip, casual, yet refined. I loved being able to do a Wagyu tasting! Highly recommend. We will be back every time we're in Milan!

10/10I went with 4 of my friends to dry aged and never have i experienced such good service. We didnt need to ask for anything as the waiters were always ahead by filling up our glasses and removing empty plates. We had the dry aged menu and it was amazing, the meat was so tender it melted in your mouth and the appetizers and desserts were very tasty. If i go to Milan ever again i will make sure to reserve a table at dry aged. Thank you!

6.5/10When I entered I liked the decor, upscale and clean. The owner introduced himself and thanked me for coming in then one of the waiters set me in front of the kitchen which was open for viewing by patrons, a very typical thing in trendy restaurants these days. They have an interesting enough menu and I had checked it out before coming so I had a good idea what I wanted. I no longer have the huge appetite that I had in my twenties and thirties so I have to be a little bit particular about what it is that I order so I don't leave a lot of food on the table. Tonight it was a poached egg in a potato foam with shaved summer truffle as an appetizer. This was to be followed by an aged sirloin steak that had been marinated in herb butter during its aging. I was going to pair that with a porcini mushroom offering but that was not available tonight so I went for the artichoke with mint which sounded interesting and unique and I almost always try unique things. My review: I absolutely loved the poached egg, potato foam, shaved truffle appetizer. That is something that I'm going to have to learn how to make. I've been interested in making foams anyway so this will be a good start. The sirloin was all the way up to 'okay'. Nothing special by any means, and the artichoke and mint, a disappointment. The little offerings pre and post dinner were nice but expected at a Michelin restaurant and also nothing to write home about. Having been to a number of good restaurants that were Michelin star mentions and a number of Michelin starred restaurants as well, I would give this restaurant an 'average' rating. 3 stars at the most. Que sera.

4/10I’m surprised that this restaurant is mentioned in the Michelin guide. Meat, food and service,quality was very very poor. The waiters were friendly but clearly understaffed. It took about 20 minutes before we spoke to a waiter. Absolutely nothing special about the meat, in fact very chewy and tough. Nobody even asked how we want our beef cooked. VERY DİSAPPOINTED AT THE MICHELIN GUIDE FOR HAVING THEM IN THEIR RESTAURANT LIST.

Dear Hakan, We thank you very much for your visit, We are sorry you had to wait a few minutes longer, it is clear from the way you write in block letters that you are used to quite different standards. On the dinner honestly there is no point in commenting, you had an expense of about 40 euros each, mainly for steaks that you asked for well cooked. The theme is that the quality of meat is expressed by cookings that tend toward the medium rare. When the meat is well cooked it all becomes the same;-) Otherwise you drank very very well A dear greeting

8/10Good food, high prices, but small portions ... I asked for a picanha with pumpkin puree and spinach, but the amount of puree and spinach were extremely little, and that was the reason that I ordered that dish in the first place.

10/10Had a lovely dinner with my fiancée. The staff were really nice and the food was excellent. We ordered the degustation menu. Everything tasted really good. I really recommend Dry Aged. Next time I will come with family.

7/10A reasonably good Michelin recommended restaurant - service was a bit abrupt and the music far too loud - the ordering waiter was not all that helpful in terms of description (eg quantities) and was quite pushy towards over ordering - the steaks however were very good as were the wines
