9.5/10Mouth-watering steak grilled to perfection, well portioned and beautifully seasoned sides, a balanced and well-paired bottle of Montepulciano (from an extensive wine list) and friendly, attentive staff. What more could you want? A great first night in Milan!

9/10Nice modern setting & great vines by the glass. Where the fassano tatar could excell, the dry aged tenderloin could not quite live up to its hype. Maybe since we both got a cut from the larger head of the tenderloin, rather than clean medallions from the centerpiece had an influence on the roasting process? The red cabbage with mustard dressing on the other hand was spot on and perfect with the red meat.

The dry aged steak as a main dish has improved since our last visit: the quality of meat of course was always high but their cooking way now is perfect and the choice of meat variety is broader. We had the "Dry Aged" tasting menu: all courses were finely dished and the meat was served in almost all ways through different recipes. I think now is a sort of gourmet restaurant

10/10Their dry-aged steaks are rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, and the staff is incredibly polite and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a great dining night out.

We were really looking forward to enjoying a good bistecca alla Fiorentina, but unfortunately, the steak we had here was very disappointing. The meat was tough and rubbery, which is not what you expect from a Fiorentina. We’ve had Fiorentina at least seven times — twice in Florence itself and several times in the surrounding Tuscan countryside — and each time it was tender, flavorful, and melted in the mouth. This was by far the weakest we’ve tried. That said, the service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. But offering a 9-euro discount on a 300-euro bill after we politely shared our concerns felt a bit inadequate and tone-deaf, considering the quality of the main dish. We really wanted to like this place, but the steak just didn’t meet the expectations we’ve come to associate with a proper Fiorentina.

10/10An amazing place with impeccable service—staff were always nearby and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was outstanding, truly some of the best I've had in a while. It was our last night in Italy, and I’m so glad we chose to spend it there. A perfect way to end the trip.

8/10The venue is modern and shiny. The service was smooth. S tarter tartar was great. Sadly my main course was overcooked what was disappointing, since the meat was sliced and the wrong result (medium + instead of requested medium -) was clearly seen. Portion was changed. Caponata side order was too sweet and other sides mediocre. Drink list for aperitif's is limited.
