Food here is truly art. Tastes are rich, surprising and satisfying beyond words. First time I had fermented tuna heart and swordfish marrow for example. We were seated facing the kitchen and it was fascinating watching the chef and many cooks preparing dishes with 100 % focus. Some previous reviews surprisingly gave the restaurant one star. If you love life and ultimate cooking you will love this place and enjoy every single moment.

Absolutely stunning in every way! Chef Diego is a mad genius who makes the most creative and delectable dishes. The wine pairing with unusual and impossible to find Spanish wines works just really well with the food. And the service is exceptional! DSTAgE tean - stay cool and keep on rockin'!

Outstanding Food! All senses!! Perfect service, specially Angel. For a 2 star Michelin it is very informal and casual in a good way, even with the refined food! Amazing!

+3An extraordinary culinary experience that we will hardly forget. We took the 18-course menu and each dish was an explosion of flavors. A joy for the mouth and the eyes. Everything is presented with great care. DSTAgE also has a green star so there special attention to sustainability, waste and local products. The entire team (kitchen, front of the house) works together in what seems to be a ballet. I will definitely go back to try a different season.

Absolutely top-notch dining experience! The service was exceptional—our servers were not only attentive but also fluent in English, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The Chef is both creative and friendly, adding a personal touch that made the meal even more memorable. Definitely planning to come back!

The staff were brilliant, the menu was creative and insanely detailed. Some very interesting flavours and some not for the faint of heart. A true artist in the kitchen here, a real experience. Thank you

The waiters were rushing the explanation of the dishes and English was not good. We asked how long will take to consume the menu and were told 2 hours when in fact went for 3.5 hrs.

The food is a kind of fusion food and overall interesting. The first 15 courses were very good, but #16 made it the worst experience ever. The chef likes surprises and did not allow the waitress to tell the ingredients. We put the whole bite in our mourh - as asked by the waitress. My wife had a hard time not throwing up. It was pure fat with a grain of salt, literally. It was not a ‚Happy Ending‘.

Love to be challenged with food. Did not like the “mystery dishes”. The last piece of cow lard dressed up a a white chocolate stayed with me for days.

Exceptional place. Food, service, even the tequila served with the coffee was sublime. A must visit.

Fermentation taken too far. Taste should have been first. The fermentation is overcoming everything. Maybe 2-3/16 plates were edible.

A unique blend of flavours and presentations in a cozy environment. I was impressed to taste unconventional ingredients and enjoyed challenging my palate. Exactly what I expected from a restaurant like this. The service was elevated, personalized and inviting. A well worth it experience for us.

Most of taste was not likely for me, had a kind of special test which i did not like .The dessert was disappointing in my opinion.

It was a relaxed restaurant with extremely high quality food. The chef was very present and on top of his game. Some dishes were on the experimental side but with a lot of detail. The music was great, not too loud. Casual vibes. If you are in a hurry, do not come to this restaurant. The meal is to be savoured, not rushed. The wine list needs to be updated and the restaurant should make sure that they have at least two of the same bottle! Minor inconvenience as the suggestion of rose cava made by the sommelier was delicious. I would go back.
