Ambience was disappointing as the restaurant recently moved into a new place which is in a hotel. It felt like they just found a space for the restaurant in a crammed place. The personal was rude when we asked to pay and waited for 30 minutes to get the check, they told us to wait in a rude manner.

We enjoyed dinner at Dulchémente at the Hotel Ollastu Resort. The restaurant (and the resort) are beautiful, just 20 minutes outside Olbia with beautiful views of Tavolara Island. The restaurant quickly filled with guests and locals. The food was very good, although the service team struggled a bit to keep up with all of the tables and guests, nonetheless it was a lovely evening. Dulchemente’s is a great spot for a special occasion.

This is the BEST meal in Olbia. Leave the hustle and bustle of via Corso and walk down a quiet cobblestone lane to this oasis. Relax on the quiet outdoor terrace and the attentive and friendly waitstaff meet your needs. The food is so good! The ravioli and risotto were to die for. The red mullet and mashed potatoes were amazing. The mixed grill of seafood and vegetables was enough for 2 and was a delicious as it was healthy. We did not have room for dessert but were brought a plate of biscotti and cookies and truffles that we devoured. So good. The bread basket is amazing also. Everything was perfect. This is a gem and is a must if you are in or near olbia. The entire experience was wonderful.

A delightful evening. Friendly welcome, excellent service and delicious food and wine. The staff were very helpful in describing each dish and the wine suggested was perfect for our taste. They spoke very good English and we were impressed with the whole experience.

Beautiful setting, although wear insect repellent if you're planning on sitting outside due to the plants. Great wines, I went for the pairing and enjoyed each of them. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing, I went for the tasting menu and three out the five dishes weren't great. Calamari and peach was seriously lacking in seasoning and could have done with more texture. Salted cod was OK, but just felt far too heavy a dish for this time of year and the current weather. Red mullet tagatelli was delicious and by far my favourite dish, it was a very well balanced sauce made from the bones. The texture of both the pasta and red mullet was spot on. Gambarini rosso with cous cous, very unbalanced dish texture wise. In my opinion there was way too much cous cous and without a sauce or generous enough dressing, the dish was very dry. Gambarini rosso were nice, fresh and flavourful, but with only three and too large a portion of cous cous, they didn't feel like the star of the dish. A almond and chocolate parfait magnum style dessert with berries was fine. Nothing wrong with it, but also nothing to get excited about. Service was OK throughout the meal. Three different waiters served me, one was very knowledgeable and friendly, the second very friendly and the third didn't appear to be trained so well, an example of this being when they cleared my wine glass that was still half full, for the next pairing. Overall I'd say skip the tasting menu and full alc, maybe instead choose some antipasti plates and some wine instead.

A Taste of Italy at Dulcemente Ristorante, Olbia Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at Dulcemente Ristorante, nestled in the heart of beautiful Olbia. The culinary experience was a delight, despite a few hiccups in the service. The food at Dulcemente Ristorante is nothing short of superb. Each dish was a testament to the rich, diverse flavors of Italian cuisine. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the authenticity of the recipes shone through. Every course was a celebration of taste and texture, leaving us eager for the next. However, the service left a bit to be desired. We had to request bread, an essential part of any Italian meal, and were surprised to find our dessert served before the main course. This sequencing error was a bit of a letdown, especially for a restaurant of this caliber. Additionally, the lack of small dishes or amuse-bouche between courses made the waiting times seem longer and less enjoyable. Despite these service issues, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience were so outstanding that they overshadowed any shortcomings. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, and the decor was tastefully done, reflecting the charm of Olbia. In conclusion, while the service at Dulcemente Ristorante could use some fine-tuning, the culinary experience is truly exceptional. The quality of the food, the ambiance, and the overall dining experience are enough to warrant a 5-star rating. If you find yourself in Olbia, make sure to put Dulcemente Ristorante on your must-visit list. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered fried fish, I thought it would be pan fried. But it was just deep fried, mostly deep fried calamari. Pretty disappointing for the price. However, service was excellent and other dishes we ordered were great. House white wine was excellent too.

Unfortunately our experience here wasn’t as we expected. It started well but very quickly things changed. We waited very long In between starter & main course, the order wasn’t taken properly with a few mistakes & we just fell forgotten by the waiters/waitresses. It took so long between the table was cleaned after main courses and when we finally got the dessert menu (after asking twice) that we decided not to have any and left. Even if the food was good, it wasn’t great and the service wasn’t good. Taking on account how costly this restaurant was, we were really dissappointed.

To wait for 30 minutes to be asked what you want to eat and to wait for another 60 minutes between the starter and the main dish and receive the excuse that today we are only two waiters is not a disaster when you have traveled to eat in this specific restaurant? The answer when we asked for the dolce was that we had to wait. We asked for the bill.

Incredible taste on food, with a big accent on local products which we loved. Mediteranean style fish was perfect and the Tiramisu in dessert is the best we ever tasted ! Pricing was on touch, service top notch (they accepted to serve wine for only one glass which they don't normally do) and ambience is very nice as well (only music taste was a bit weird :D ) Wonderful time in Olbia, incredible restaurant we hope you get your Michelin star very fast because you deserve it !

One of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The menu is a celebration of delicate flavors, executed in a way that only a true maestro could, with the freshest of seafood caught that day, finesse in the orchestration of flavors, and an excellent wine program to match. The service matched the food completely, leaving no detail ignored. I cannot recommend this place more.
