Excellent service from the minute you walk in the door. The food was amazing, I had the selection of seafood which was so fresh. Then the crab spaghetti which was lovely. The wine is reasonably priced. The only thing I didn’t like was the Prosecco, it was Martini rather than a local Prosecco which I would have preferred but everything else was fantastic.

Great restaurant, but currently Dulchémente has temporary changed location so we had to go to a different address which is not in Olbia city centre.

Ambience was disappointing as the restaurant recently moved into a new place which is in a hotel. It felt like they just found a space for the restaurant in a crammed place. The personal was rude when we asked to pay and waited for 30 minutes to get the check, they told us to wait in a rude manner.

We enjoyed dinner at Dulchémente at the Hotel Ollastu Resort. The restaurant (and the resort) are beautiful, just 20 minutes outside Olbia with beautiful views of Tavolara Island. The restaurant quickly filled with guests and locals. The food was very good, although the service team struggled a bit to keep up with all of the tables and guests, nonetheless it was a lovely evening. Dulchemente’s is a great spot for a special occasion.

This is the BEST meal in Olbia. Leave the hustle and bustle of via Corso and walk down a quiet cobblestone lane to this oasis. Relax on the quiet outdoor terrace and the attentive and friendly waitstaff meet your needs. The food is so good! The ravioli and risotto were to die for. The red mullet and mashed potatoes were amazing. The mixed grill of seafood and vegetables was enough for 2 and was a delicious as it was healthy. We did not have room for dessert but were brought a plate of biscotti and cookies and truffles that we devoured. So good. The bread basket is amazing also. Everything was perfect. This is a gem and is a must if you are in or near olbia. The entire experience was wonderful.

Food was brilliant, ingredients very fresh, Ambiente very pleasant and great staff - nothing to criticise at all.

Everything about this place was perfect. The service was outstanding and the food delicious. The barbecue fish was the best. The Waitstaff was very friendly and courteous. Such a wonderful experience!

Utterly wonderful evening. The staff were delightful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was superb. Subtle flavours that melted in the mouth. Could not recommend more highly.

A delightful evening. Friendly welcome, excellent service and delicious food and wine. The staff were very helpful in describing each dish and the wine suggested was perfect for our taste. They spoke very good English and we were impressed with the whole experience.

Outstanding. The chef definitely knows what they’re doing. High quality fresh local ingredients shine through every dish. The preparations are subtle and enhance the natural flavors. Very impressive cooking. Thank you!
