The chicken tikka masala was excellent. This was pretty much the only positive. Unfortunately the waiter didn't understand their own menu, couldn't explain the dishes . Very surprisingly for an Indian restaurant there were no vegetable dishes on the menu. We asked if we could have a vegetable side dish - the answer was yes, however everything we asked for wasn't available. It appeared the only vegetables they had were potatoes or cabbage. Even the rice dishes were limited to plain boiled rice. The accompanying sauces to poppadoms were alloili and chopped tomatoes. Not what we expected from an Indian restaurant. The bill appeared without the agreed discount which we had to ask for. It then took 20 minutes for them to work it out. Would have loved to experience a good Indian meal but unfortunately it was not the case. We will not be going back.
