Food was cold as part of summer menu, however we weren’t informed so it didn’t really meet our expectations. Although the service was good and the ambience cozy and nice.

Nice staff, nice place but the food is very average. The experience menu lacked any wow factor. Just a meats and cheese board then some average spaghetti. Something you could cook at home. Disappointing.

Dear customer, we are happy that you stopped by to visit us and reviewed us, highlighting the great preparation of our staff and the care we put into setting up our recently renovated restaurant. Having said that, we are truly sorry that the food was not to your liking, we had a meeting with the kitchen to understand what went wrong, following our standards, recipe books and processes and for the record we did not find any type of serious problem. However, we are sorry that you belittled our work, repeatedly wondering how we could have such high reviews, reviews that are the result of 6 years of hard work and many hours behind the scenes to make you customers have the best possible experience. We accept that you found our food mediocre, we do not agree, disagreeing that the preparations of our dishes can be simply replicated at home, once again belittling our work. This left a bitter taste in our mouths, also because the plates came back empty and the questions about how the evening was going were not disclosed, leaving us helpless in not being able to fix a situation that was not to your liking. Finally, we are always in favor of second chances, therefore, we hope to see you again to make you change your mind if you happen to return to our beautiful city, for any clarification we remain at your disposal in the following email eclipse.cagliari.sas@gmail.com. The food was delicious especially the tiramisu. We also loved the italian style carbonara and the alcoholic drinks. The price-performance is good because you get fed up with 2 or 3 dishes. We didn't had lots of space between our and the next table and it was a bit loud, but overall I'd highly recommend the restaurant.

Really beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food wasn't even close to what we were expecting... The wine they served was looking cloudy as if it had gone bad and didn't taste good. The pasta was good and nicely al dente. Overall not the place we would revisit. Thank you.

The best meal I’ve had in a long time. The dishes were unusual and delicious, portions looked on the small side but this was because the plates were large. Everything tasted great and was beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient but never “in your face”. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great unique restaurant near the center of Cagliari. On this trip we were looking for something special that would not be too expensive for what it is and we found it in Eclipse. Very creative cuisine, heavily centered around pistachios (consider this if you have allergies), which make the flavors really rich. The portions totally enough, specially if you have an appetizer. In our visit, we ordered the cheese and charcuterie platter for two and it was definitely more than enough. That is a good surprise when you are hungry after a day at the beach. But careful because then the space for the main course will be already occupied. Then we had the ravioli from the chef and salmon pasta. They were perfectly cooked, the salmon rich and savory sprinkled with pistachios. The drinks are also well done with a decent price. We had a Hugo Spritz, Eclipse Spritz and Aperol Spritz and all well served. Top it off with great cappuccino and your evening is complete. Thanks for the experience.
