3/10I used to come all the time and loved this place but it changed, the food quality is really poor and the service very long. People are not very welcoming and poor service overall. Very disappointed for a place that I loved, I will not come back again.

10/10The food was great and the service was impeccable. Although the wait staff initially forgot our side order of rice and beans they brought it later and also apologized and gave us a free taco.

6/10The service is great, nice staff working there all are very friendly, made us feel welcomed. The food is not good, the chef is trying to make more out of less, nachos with guacomole - there was barely any guacomole, the cheesy stuffing in another dish, was also not made out good cheese, mixed with something to make more sauce, etc. Margaritas, there was barely any tequila added.

9/10The food is good a bit pricey, but usual in Geneva. Nevertheless, would still suggest to lower the frizen margarita price. Also had asked for a seat on the terasse as it was really hot, but seemed that they don’t consider or at least don’t inform you that there is no space on the terasse. Next time, will need to call book by phone and then resend a reservation by the fork to use the offer… very administrative… which makes sense for a restaurant based in Switzerland. 😅

9/10El catrin is always amazing. Food is great and also service. We took the menu offered by the fork and it was slightly misleading. Nowhere in the information was written that the menu was for 2 people but the price is per person. Also, while it was specified that the baja tacos were not included, we couldn't also have the gobernador. I think this has be be clarified in the offer

6/10Our drinks order took a very long time, and our food order was incorrect. So, lots waiting. When our food did finally arrive, the tacos were soggy, as though they had been waiting for a long time. Disappointing.

5.5/10The service was so slow, we had to repeat 2-3 times for some orders. They got our orders wrong and added extra tacos, but we didn’t realise because it’s hard to keep track on the food you ordered with their ordering system (self ordering on a paper) The food is nice though, nice nachos and tacos.

10/10Always happy to come back. One of the best places in Geneva. Food is excellent. Service is amazingly friendly. Don't get spooked by it being on the "right side" of the lake. Try it and you will want to be back.

10/10I reserved a table here, and although we ended up running late, El Catrin was very kind and allowed us to come anyway. Very friendly staff and good tacos! The vegetarian options are also nice.
