Generally the atmosphere was nice. The personnel was friendly. There ocurred three times electricity cut-off, most probably there was a problem with the electrical fuse. “Gambas con garlic” was not that professional, was full of oil with a little gambas.

A fantastic find. A very gracious host in Juan, a really passionate foodie who recommended some dishes for us to try and they were all excellent. Juan also recommended a beautiful white Rioja to go with the dishes which was perfect. Friendly service, an engaging friendly host with impeccable English, delicious food and wine, what more could one ask for! Would highly recommend.

Mediocre food and disappointing for the price. Frozen prawns sold as fresh, the proprietor even told us they were fresh and they’d cleaned them for us but they clearly weren’t.

if you are looking for a special place and a unique experience.. this owner run quaint place is an excellent choice. we loved the grilled octopus, fresh fish and gambas. amazing service !

We were two friends having our last dinner in Valencia. The food was great and the owner was very helpful with advice regarding the food. His English is very good. It was a real authentic experience, wouldn’t change a thing!

The ingredients that were used were incredibly fresh and if very good quality. The host was such a knowledgable and interesting person to talk to and on his recommendation we had the manchego cake which if it is on the menu when you visit I would recommend for you to try

Nice staff and good starters. We had the paella as a main and were disappointed, the rice lacked depth and was disconnected from the seafood. Maybe best to keep to the hot and cold tapas, all of which were delicious.

Fuad is an exceptional host, the food is excellent and it is a pleasure to be there. I only wished I visited Valencia, wonderful as it is, a little more often. This restaurant is the first thing I book whenever I know I'm going to be here.

This was really a treat. While it was teuly a Spanish restaurant, the dishes were unique and delicious. The proprietor was engaging and a delight. It's not inexpensive but it was a very fair price for these specialties.

Good place for a great meal near Joaquim Sorolla Station in Valencia. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly. A typical spanish restaurant with typical spanish food.
