6.5/10Abundant portions, I expected more quality but it was quite normal. I liked the ensalada Tango as it had a complete tagliata di manzo inside. My friend asked for the 4 burgers thinking they would be like a tasting of 4 different meats, but they were all the same. It took 1 hour for the dishes to arrive so our mood was not the best. Beautiful location and ambient.

8.5/10Great place with good food, if you like barbacue and beef this is the right choice. You can reach the location very easy from Milano and Varese. Very reccomended.

10/10Great experience in this restaurant. First of all the building, is the same used for Milan Expò. Amazing. The waiters are very friendly and was a pleasure talk with them. The menù is not wide, but have a limited number of dishes that all are great. Waiting time correct, not long. Quality of food 10 points, delicious meat. Price correct for my point of view. We will come back again for sure. I was been very happy to have a lunch in this restaurant.

LA LOCATION - La struttura che ospita il ristorante El Primero è spettacolare, trattandosi del padiglione che ad Expo 2015 ha rappresentato l'Uruguay. Il locale, moderno e curato, si trova a Origgio, in provincia di Varese. LA CUCINA - La proposta culinaria è incentrata sulla tradizione enogastronomica sudamericana, e in particolare su quella uruguaiana. I piatti proposti sono principalmente a base di carne, di cui si può scegliere il taglio che viene cotto al momento. UN TOCCO IN PIÙ - Oltre alla carne, non perdetevi gli antipasti tipici, ricchi e variegati, e nemmeno gli invitanti dessert. E per accompagnare il tutto, provate del vino importato dall'Uruguay.
