10/10This is a surprising gem in the Mercure Hotel. The food is outstanding, with service to match. The amuse-bouches offered by the chef were playful, artistic bites that captured local flavors. The main courses offered a sophisticated spin on traditional fare - a kind of towered swirl of tagliatelle stuffed with a delicate ragu created pockets for burrata milk and spicy olive oil. This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time - in the US and in Italy. Bravo!
