10/10Attended the first night of their reopening. A very warm welcome and great ambience. Had food with wine pairings. Everything was outstanding and the food matched well with the wine selections. One of highlights of our Lisbon trip. Great views from the restaurant, just a bit of a hike up hill to get there. The sommelier was very knowledgeable for someone relatively new to the business.

10/10From the moment we arrived it was an incredible experience. They greeted us by name and the historical building is spectacular. Claudia and Alberto took fantastic care of us. We chose the Epurismo menu selection paired with wines - momento Vinico. The fantastic experience was 3 hours of combination of flavors with a phenomenal presentation. We celebrated a birthday and it will be unforgettable. The wine pairing was the best choice that made the experience even more special. Thanks also to the Chef. Muito obrigado mesmo. Uma experiência única.

10/10Beautifully arranged meal in an unpretentious setting. Staff was curtious and attentive to dietary restrictions. Wine was well paired with the meal and we had an overall lovely time. Thank you Epur!

10/10Dinner at Epur has been a fantastic experience. The location and view out the window onto the city and riverfront is outstanding, the ambience elegant, and the service impeccabe. The wine recommendation was also on the spot, and most importantly, the food was exceptional, all courses to a very high standard. In my view on the path to a second star. Highly recommended.

+1Absolutely beautiful restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. I’d go as far to say that it’s the best Michelin Star restaurant I’ve been to. I would highly recommend selecting the full 10 course menu with wine pairing. The service was out of this world. You can clearly see the knowledge, time and effort that everyone goes to behind the scenes to make it all just perfect. I look forward to visiting again when I’m back in Lisbon.

10/10Lovely evening of fine dining in a beautiful atmosphere with an incredible view of Lisbon. Surprising combinations of flavours, beautifully presented in exquisite tableware. We very much appreciated the special attention of staff for our wedding anniversary. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I was visiting from San Francisco and my local Lisboa friend recommended Epur and we were completely happy & satisfied with our overall dining experience. We were quite full even doing the short menu since my friend was running late!!:)

10/10It was a top shelf dining experience, many of the dishes were complex, thoughtful and unique to what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. The service was excellent, informative and synchronized, which made for a pleasurable experience. The atmosphere was elegant, but spartan. The only area of dissatisfaction, was the smoked pigeon. I like the creative approach to something I've never eaten, but I feel other meat options would be much more suitable to align with the overall experience.

7/10The food was good, but the atmosphere was somewhat strained. The atmosphere was not made better by the fact that you could hear loud noises from plates and cutlery from the washing-up room. At one point, very loud scolding could be heard coming from the kitchen.

5.5/10Food was not what you expect from the ranking. Service great, atmosphere reasonable. It was not full and we were one of the last tables and got presented the bill before even asking for it. Really felt like we needed to go. Shame that food was also not at par and nice to go but certainly not a must do when in Lisbon.

This was a superb meal, easily worth one Michelin star and more deserving of two. The food was delicious, inventive and perfectly portioned. The wine pairings were thoughtful and creative. The service was warm, professional and welcoming. I have eaten at many Michelin starred restaurants and this should be considered for an additional star. Highly recommended

6/10This restaurant experience at Epur didn't quite meet our expectations, especially when compared to the high standards we've encountered at other Michelin-starred establishments during our week in Portugal. Firstly, our interaction with the sommelier left much to be desired. We have specific dietary preferences, with one of us requiring low-preservative wines due to a sulphite reaction, and the other favoring cocktails. Instead of accommodating our needs, the sommelier seemed disinterested and even condescending. It's disheartening when a sommelier fails to understand their role in enhancing the guest experience. We've encountered similar wine requirements at other Michelin-starred restaurants in the past week, and they all managed to provide suitable options without any judgment. Moreover, two of the degustation courses left us underwhelmed. The squid ink squid and the gamba/shrimp/prawns dishes were disappointingly bland. While we understand that squid ink itself has a subtle flavor, it's no excuse for serving a tasteless dish. In a Michelin-starred restaurant, we expect every course to be an exquisite culinary experience, and unfortunately, these two fell short. In summary, our visit to Epur was the most disappointing meal we've had during our week in Portugal. The combination of a haughty sommelier and dishes that didn't quite hit the mark left us with a less-than-pleasant impression. When dining at Michelin-starred establishments, we anticipate exceptional service and outstanding cuisine, and sadly, Epur did not deliver on these fronts.

9.5/10The food looked beautiful and fun, and tasted delicious. The space felt intimate and the windows peaks out to the view of the city. The team who took care of us were professional and attentive. All together it was sophisticated. We felt at ease and comfortable there.

10/10Truly outstanding dining experience! Staff was very professional and friendly. And the chef’s creations and presentations were off the chart. The wine pairing was quite unique and complemented the dishes beautifully! While expensive, Epur was certainly worth the money and I thought quite the value compared to other Michelin star restaurants!
