Excellent experience. The dishes are exquisite and make progressional thoughtful sense. The theme is unique but rooted in local experiences which makes this restaurant extremely authentic and innovational at the same time. The pairings are perfect and complement every dish. We had incredible experience and recommend this restaurant with two strong thumbs up.

Everything about the meal was perfect. Even the view out the window was special. Amazing food and great wine pairings. The staff was a pleasure to interact with. If you are someone who appreciates Michelin-star dining experiences, this is a place for you.

I have had the pleasure to dine in some of the best restaurants in the world and this is without a doubt one of them. The creativity of the chef was beyond exceptional, the service was flawless and the location and atmosphere are stunning. Looking forward to returning to Lisbon just to dine here again.

It was a great fine dining experience with a fantastic view of the entire city and personal attention from the entire staff. We also had special dietary needs (no raw food) that they were able to cater to, despite the complexity of the 7-course and 10-course menus. Highly recommended if you're in Lisbon!

What a wonderful find for our first culinary experience in Lisbon. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, providing fabulous service. The food was amazing: so many incredible combinations of flavours, and some firsts for us, including cockscomb! We were celebrating 'a significant birthday' and the serving team made it a very special evening, with a little birthday cake. Our favourite dishes? The scallops, the sea bass, the pigeon and the chocolate dessert, but most of all, all the delicious sauces and being given permission to use the homemade bread to soak up every last drop! A very special treat, and a very enjoyable evening. Thank you to the whole team, not just front of house but all those in the kitchen who worked so hard to present such a fabulous array of dishes. Thank you everyone at Epur. We will most definitely be recommending you!

Unpretentious elegance. The view. Warm but not intrusive service. Courses served in timely but well-paced sequence. Wine choices showed off best of portugal. Picked an outstanding cab that opened over the evening making each pour a welcome discovery.

Attended the first night of their reopening. A very warm welcome and great ambience. Had food with wine pairings. Everything was outstanding and the food matched well with the wine selections. One of highlights of our Lisbon trip. Great views from the restaurant, just a bit of a hike up hill to get there. The sommelier was very knowledgeable for someone relatively new to the business.

From the moment we arrived it was an incredible experience. They greeted us by name and the historical building is spectacular. Claudia and Alberto took fantastic care of us. We chose the Epurismo menu selection paired with wines - momento Vinico. The fantastic experience was 3 hours of combination of flavors with a phenomenal presentation. We celebrated a birthday and it will be unforgettable. The wine pairing was the best choice that made the experience even more special. Thanks also to the Chef. Muito obrigado mesmo. Uma experiência única.

Beautifully arranged meal in an unpretentious setting. Staff was curtious and attentive to dietary restrictions. Wine was well paired with the meal and we had an overall lovely time. Thank you Epur!

Dinner at Epur has been a fantastic experience. The location and view out the window onto the city and riverfront is outstanding, the ambience elegant, and the service impeccabe. The wine recommendation was also on the spot, and most importantly, the food was exceptional, all courses to a very high standard. In my view on the path to a second star. Highly recommended.

+1Absolutely beautiful restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. I’d go as far to say that it’s the best Michelin Star restaurant I’ve been to. I would highly recommend selecting the full 10 course menu with wine pairing. The service was out of this world. You can clearly see the knowledge, time and effort that everyone goes to behind the scenes to make it all just perfect. I look forward to visiting again when I’m back in Lisbon.

Lovely evening of fine dining in a beautiful atmosphere with an incredible view of Lisbon. Surprising combinations of flavours, beautifully presented in exquisite tableware. We very much appreciated the special attention of staff for our wedding anniversary. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Everything was amazing & delicious & the service was exceptional! I was visiting from San Francisco and my local Lisboa friend recommended Epur and we were completely happy & satisfied with our overall dining experience. We were quite full even doing the short menu since my friend was running late!!:)

This is a fantastic restaurant. Food and service is excellent, we had a wonderful evening. Inventive, clever cooking with staff that genuinely go out of their way to sure you have the best time.

It was a top shelf dining experience, many of the dishes were complex, thoughtful and unique to what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. The service was excellent, informative and synchronized, which made for a pleasurable experience. The atmosphere was elegant, but spartan. The only area of dissatisfaction, was the smoked pigeon. I like the creative approach to something I've never eaten, but I feel other meat options would be much more suitable to align with the overall experience.

We are much surprised from the beginning till the end. Excellent harmony of foodstuffs, sause, and spice lead us to the unknown world.

The food was good, but the atmosphere was somewhat strained. The atmosphere was not made better by the fact that you could hear loud noises from plates and cutlery from the washing-up room. At one point, very loud scolding could be heard coming from the kitchen.
