10/10We are much surprised from the beginning till the end. Excellent harmony of foodstuffs, sause, and spice lead us to the unknown world.

7/10The food was good, but the atmosphere was somewhat strained. The atmosphere was not made better by the fact that you could hear loud noises from plates and cutlery from the washing-up room. At one point, very loud scolding could be heard coming from the kitchen.

9.5/10The food was amazing, and all the staff was very professional. The only thing was that we didn't get to choose a table by the window even though no one was sitting there. Recommended.

10/10Artistic kombination of portuguese tiles, scandi furniture, and light, made the interior design perfect for a lovely evening . Great service. Interesting and creative dishes. We will come back. 😃

5.5/10Food was not what you expect from the ranking. Service great, atmosphere reasonable. It was not full and we were one of the last tables and got presented the bill before even asking for it. Really felt like we needed to go. Shame that food was also not at par and nice to go but certainly not a must do when in Lisbon.

10/10This was a superb meal, easily worth one Michelin star and more deserving of two. The food was delicious, inventive and perfectly portioned. The wine pairings were thoughtful and creative. The service was warm, professional and welcoming. I have eaten at many Michelin starred restaurants and this should be considered for an additional star. Highly recommended

10/10This was a little slice of heaven. The perfect blend of staff and culinary perfection. Couldn’t have asked for a better combination. So grateful to have had a chance to experience our new friends and EPUR.

6/10This restaurant experience at Epur didn't quite meet our expectations, especially when compared to the high standards we've encountered at other Michelin-starred establishments during our week in Portugal. Firstly, our interaction with the sommelier left much to be desired. We have specific dietary preferences, with one of us requiring low-preservative wines due to a sulphite reaction, and the other favoring cocktails. Instead of accommodating our needs, the sommelier seemed disinterested and even condescending. It's disheartening when a sommelier fails to understand their role in enhancing the guest experience. We've encountered similar wine requirements at other Michelin-starred restaurants in the past week, and they all managed to provide suitable options without any judgment. Moreover, two of the degustation courses left us underwhelmed. The squid ink squid and the gamba/shrimp/prawns dishes were disappointingly bland. While we understand that squid ink itself has a subtle flavor, it's no excuse for serving a tasteless dish. In a Michelin-starred restaurant, we expect every course to be an exquisite culinary experience, and unfortunately, these two fell short. In summary, our visit to Epur was the most disappointing meal we've had during our week in Portugal. The combination of a haughty sommelier and dishes that didn't quite hit the mark left us with a less-than-pleasant impression. When dining at Michelin-starred establishments, we anticipate exceptional service and outstanding cuisine, and sadly, Epur did not deliver on these fronts.

9.5/10The food looked beautiful and fun, and tasted delicious. The space felt intimate and the windows peaks out to the view of the city. The team who took care of us were professional and attentive. All together it was sophisticated. We felt at ease and comfortable there.

9.5/10It was great Michelin experience in Epur, from their tailored services, warm ambience, fantastic view, last but not the least, the great food. Though there was a little fly that disturbed the meal, we are happy and satisfy on the night. Recommended!

10/10Lovely restaurant, beautifully positioned to take in views of the Tagus River. We greatly enjoyed a well-matched food and wine selection which emphasised the brilliance of Portugese ingredients. In all, a very lovely evening.

10/10Truly outstanding dining experience! Staff was very professional and friendly. And the chef’s creations and presentations were off the chart. The wine pairing was quite unique and complemented the dishes beautifully! While expensive, Epur was certainly worth the money and I thought quite the value compared to other Michelin star restaurants!

10/10Epur is worth its one Michelin star. Very good environment, food and service. The plates are works of art. Miguel is a very fine sommelier who deeply understands Portuguese wines. If we have any criticism it is that the range of Portuguese wines is quite narrow and the wine list would benefit from a geographic expansion. Even a broader range of Old World wines would be good. But that's as negative as we can get. We had a lovely evening and thoroughly enjoyed everything.
