3.5/10The food was really overpriced. The portions were tiny. We paid a lot of money and left the restaurant hungry. Basically, you are paying for the lovely view of the Etna. We were there on a cloudy night, however, and had a view of Via Etnea and surroundings. The service was so-so. The food was disappointing. And those small portions! It's not fair to charge such high prices and to serve mini portions! Unfortunately, the restaurant was the lowest point of a fantastic Sicilian holiday. Wake up, management---start serving more pasta. It costs nothing at the supermarket. Shame on you!

4/10Booked table for 7.30 and only people in restaurant. Good medicos! Asked to use QRV to view menus which I hate and they had only one menu and no wine menu! We had a main course but no one came over to ask if we wanted anything else no desert coffee or drinks. We were totally forgotten even though the restaurant was empty. Very disappointed and would not go again.

5.5/10We had just missed the lunch menu - we had to settle for a different menu which was fine. We both chose the Club Sandwich which was not very good; certainly not what we would expect of 4 star hotel restaurant or price. Staff were doing other things than looking after their guests. We certainly won't go back. It wasn't a great experience

7.5/10The food was excellent But our table was booked for 7:30 and we didn’t get our food until 9:45 we had to ask several times for drinks and 4 times for the bill !! It wasn’t particularly busy So the waiting staff weren’t rushed off there feet !!! Can’t fault the food when we got it it was excellent But the poor service let it down terribly

9/10The vieuw is amazing! The service as well. Really relax ambiance, especially when you want to escape the busy city of Catania. It feels like a fresh air when you arrive in this restaurant. Nothing to complain about that at all. But there’s one thing (and I don’t know if this is bc we had the lunch carte instead of diner cart), But on the lunch carte there’s not much that I eat. I eat vegetarian & some types of fish. And I couldn’t found anything on the cart except for a really small salad & fries ( they are delicious). even though I didn’t eat much I’m really happy we visited this restaurant.

2/10The service was horrible. No respect for the clients. We wait like an hour to have the waiter got our meal orders. Waiters have no consideration for us and even have some disdain. We have made reservation that allows us to have discount and the waiters did not give any discount even if it was expected with our reservation. I certainly never recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to spend good times and I’d rather give my money to other restaurants nearby that have much more better service and food. If you want to waste your time and money and if you want to show off, this is the right place. Don’t go there really. You will have bad memories of Catania.

9.5/10A rain storm came up quickly, and the servers did their best to accommodate those that were at the patio such as myself. We appreciate their abilities to think quickly on their feet.

6/10The after lunch, lunch menu was disappointing. Few options. Very pricey. We got the cheese and meat platter for €22 and it had very little. And it was served with ketchup?! The €14 endive salad was small and would not have filled my appetite, if served alone. It's a good spot for evening, rooftop cocktails but it's overpriced for what they offered.

10/10A wonderful place to spend an evening, with beautiful views across Catania and of Mount Etna in the distance. The staff were attentive and friendly. We opted for fish courses from the menu and our food was carefully presented and packed with flavour. A lovely spot for a romantic evening.

10/10+1A beautiful roof terrace restaurant with the most stunning views of Mount Etna. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent, attentive without intrusion. We were mostly attended to by Alessandro who was very professional and amicable. The food was modern, clean and executed incredibly well. Great flavours and very sharp presentation. Exactly what we expected it delivered. Thank you to Una Cucina and Alessandro! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone for a memorable experience, great food and drinks.

5/10The setting is amazing with sweeping views of Catania and Mt Etna. Unfortunately, that where the positives end. The staff were dismissive and totally apathetic towards us. The food was overpriced and sub-par at best. Great spot for a drink but save your euros and eat elsewhere.

4.5/10Food looks the part but lacks that something special. Waiting staff have no passion for the job; it’s simply that… a job. Waited ages to be offered dessert or to pay. Neither materialised so we stood up to leave. The view of Etna is what this restaurant is basing its reputation on. That and fancy looking but dull food. I so wanted to like it, too. :(

5.5/10An overrated restaurant, with a food just a bit over the average, but with very kind staff. We choose it because of a birthday celebration and unfortunately, we asked for a flower bouquet (even by multiple phone calls in hotel reception , even by The Fork app but the staff was not informed) which never came, while the dessert served, beside its impressive names, was much under our expectation ( in one of them we found two small hole punches). They didn’t charge us for desserts, but this could not even have avoided a tragedy if they had been swallowed. The atmosphere was basic, without music, without any spot of color, without …nothing, but with a splendid view of the Etna volcano. Sorry about the high rating of this restaurant and its location, we are unlikely to return.

6/10The place is located on the rooftop, where you have a beautiful view over the city of Catania. The food was delicious (I had lamb chops), perfectly cooked and flavorful. Only thing, it was cold when it arrived. The service could have been better. They were barely checking in if everything was okay or if I needed something else.

2/10The view is fantastic and the starter was very good. The rest was awful. Terrible service, and the main courses were had no flavour at all and no seasoning in any way shape or form. I had also mentioned when booking that it was our 3rd wedding anniversary but no one even mentioned it. It’s very rare that I don’t tip but we left without even finishing our wine. I would advise coming for a drink and the view but don’t eat here.
