10/10This was a wonderful dining experience, filled with innovative taste combinations and excellent service. Of particular note is we were a mix of vegetarians and partial vegetarians and we took full advantage of the vegetarian tasting menu. Many restaurants of this caliber have difficulty serving vegetarians, but this was above and beyond, and all made with fresh, local ingredients. Highly recommend.

10/10I found this restaurant on the Michelin guide and I chose it because of the chef presents traditional Italian food with ingredients sourced only from Italy. The food, ambiance, and service rival any restaurant I’ve been too. Will definitely recommend to family in friend in the states. Do not pass this one up!!

10/10Fully satisfied. Service was excellent. They accommodated our food restrictions in the tasting menu very well. The wine pairings were great and the the tasting menu was extensive. Should be on the michelin guide. Fully deserving of it.

9.5/10Excellent experience once again. All dishes on the sea tasting menu were of great quality and originality. Great wine list, very well priced for the type of restaurant, Michelin star level in all but the official recognition. Only issue, service was a bit too slow towards the end (and perhaps we could have done with one less entrée) but we were a group of eight and that is not too surprising. Will certainly be back.

10/10Tucked away in Milan, bu:r and it’s big red door piques your interest and entices you to come and join the chef on a journey through Italy. The staff warmly welcomed me in and guided me to my seat where I was told a story of Italian cuisine and the origins of the chef Eugenio Boer. I decided to let the chef choose the items of my tasting menu (the other two options being a list of ‘classics’ and a other seasonal tasting menu). The menu items that I ended up receiving was a mixture of both the seasonal and classics, and it was probably the most creative, delicious, and fulfilling meal I’ve ever enjoyed in my life. The descriptions of each dish which the staff relayed to me were thorough and when asked for more detail the chef himself came to explain in greater detail. The deer in particular was a dish that I was very intimidated by as I had never had raw meat served to me before but it was unexpectedly delicious. My favorite dish by far however was probably the vignarola and white wine. As it was also my birthday, at the end of the tasting the staff and chef came out with a small tart with a candle which was incredibly kind of them and was a perfect way to top off not only my meal but my incredible stay in Milan. I will be recommending bu:r to all friends and family for their trips to Milan and I for one will definitely be returning.

10/10Truly a capstone of my Milan trip. The service was incredible, and the chef's passion was apparent in every aspect of the meal our dinner was meticulously planned and expertly crafted. A number of Italian classics are reimagined with irreverence, and yet, a deep respect for the dishes and ingredients from which they take their inspiration I never expected such a memorable experience for €100 a person!

10/10From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a wonderful ambience and beautiful setting. We chose the chefs 7 course “freestyle” menu and we were not disappointed. Everything was delightful from start to finish with such beautiful wine to pair.
