Service was really great. Same with the wine. But the food had poor quality. Looked visually good, but missing flavour

On our recent trip to Italy, we enjoyed two especially wonderful dinners. One was at Albòri in Belagio. The other was at Eugenio Boer Ristorante Bu:r. My wife had the Aromatics. I had the Classic with wine paring. Both looked creative (egg like a mole was an apt description) and were incredibly tasty. We especially enjoyed meeting the chef at the end of the evening. Would definitely go back if we are ever in Milan again.

Enjoyed our meal immensely. Was a quiet night but service was exceptional. We each had a different (new) menu so enjoyed the varied courses. Was a shame the wine flight wasn't avaliable but were given good advice from sommelier. Highlights Pigeon ( Classics menu) and Octopus & Grouper (Aromatics menu) but everything was fabulous. Definitely recommend for a special event - and will be back!

Everything about the experience was wonderful. I visited on a quiet evening. The restaurant is small and intimate, with only 7 tables. The wine selection was unparalleled and I opted for the chefs choice tasting menu. It was clear that the entire experience is a labor of love for all the staff members, who were professional, personable, and attentive. As a solo traveler who previously worked in restaurants, I always worry I’m being a bother be coming in on my own, but this was such a lovely and peaceful way to treat myself during my trip to Milan. All together, I was at the restaurant for over 3 hours and had an amazing experience. Cannot wait to come back and bring my spouse the next time we visit Milan. Don’t miss this restaurant for a celebration, romantic date night, or business meal. Fantastic.

Very welcoming place, fantastic food, chef Eugenio and his staff, extremely attentive, giving us all the information we needed, and serving sublime food. They made us feel at home. I want to go back

Amazing gem. The staff was amazingly sweet and the hostess really knew her food and wine well! I loved her recommendation on wine pairing. Everything tasted so good. I had mostly seafood and the lobster was just the best I’ve ever had. They go out of their way to make the experience amazing! Thank you ☺️ would highly recommend

Fantastic creative food - sourced from local producers. We had the chef’s choice degustation menu and every course was special. I will be back!

This was a wonderful dining experience, filled with innovative taste combinations and excellent service. Of particular note is we were a mix of vegetarians and partial vegetarians and we took full advantage of the vegetarian tasting menu. Many restaurants of this caliber have difficulty serving vegetarians, but this was above and beyond, and all made with fresh, local ingredients. Highly recommend.

Inventive food, meticulous preparation and beautiful presentation. Everything from beginning to end was exquisite. This is a destination restaurant no one should miss when visiting Milan.

Hidden gem in Milan. Fine dining on high level with perfect service, but with warm family atmosphere. For Milan also good price performance.

I found this restaurant on the Michelin guide and I chose it because of the chef presents traditional Italian food with ingredients sourced only from Italy. The food, ambiance, and service rival any restaurant I’ve been too. Will definitely recommend to family in friend in the states. Do not pass this one up!!

Fully satisfied. Service was excellent. They accommodated our food restrictions in the tasting menu very well. The wine pairings were great and the the tasting menu was extensive. Should be on the michelin guide. Fully deserving of it.

Excellent experience once again. All dishes on the sea tasting menu were of great quality and originality. Great wine list, very well priced for the type of restaurant, Michelin star level in all but the official recognition. Only issue, service was a bit too slow towards the end (and perhaps we could have done with one less entrée) but we were a group of eight and that is not too surprising. Will certainly be back.

Truly a capstone of my Milan trip. The service was incredible, and the chef's passion was apparent in every aspect of the meal our dinner was meticulously planned and expertly crafted. A number of Italian classics are reimagined with irreverence, and yet, a deep respect for the dishes and ingredients from which they take their inspiration I never expected such a memorable experience for €100 a person!

Small portion but many different dishes. Each dish is cooked perfectly and very carefully. Service was excellent. It’s not a traditional Italian but modern European. Highly recommended.
