We had an amazing meal! We told the waitress we weren’t meat eaters, but ate fish. They surprised us with a gorgeous Mediterranean mezze and a delicious traditional pannacotta dessert. A fantastic meal that we will never forget. Great wine too and the BEST staff. Everyone who worked there were lovely. Thanks so much!

I don't think this type of restaurant is for us. We don't have sophisticated pallettes for fancy places. We ended up going back to a place from the day before for dinner. Nothing seemed very edible to us, maybe we choose poorly

Excellent food, really tasty and high quality. However, the ambient didn't match with the food. The nice atmosphere was destroyed with a live concert. So if you are looking for a cosy and relaxed ambience, better you ask before if there will be a live show.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and great prices. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy some delicious food and have a nicer experience than the usual tourist restaurants. The staff were fantastic and the food delicious. Highly recommend

An elegant restaurant just away from the hustle and bustle. Interesting menu with some delicious highlights (try the tuna!). Lovely and attentive staff.

Maybe unfair but for Bologna it was a disappointing experience trying too hard to bring in flavors from the Mediterranean, meaning Middle East. The ambiance was also let down

While the vibe was not our scene but more youth oriented, we had two dishes that were delicious and unique. One was spinach ravioli filled with cheese and topped with pumpkin cubes and amaretti crumbles; the other was fork-tender beef cheek with celeriac puree. Our hostess gave nice pours of local Sangiovese (per calice) and we had a table out of the mainstream bustle. Overall a good experience!

We do not pre-cook anything in order to guarantee the highest possible quality. Sometimes this means that waiting times are slightly longer, especially at weekends when our guests sometimes all arrive at the same time. We imagine that customers immediately understand the type of restaurant and do not expect fast food. However, we are sorry that this was your perception, perhaps amplified by the fact that you were probably expecting more generous portions.

The service is slow and really arrogant, like a simple coffe we waited for half an hour I don’t think it was normale. Food is ok, sincerely we could find other places better with the same price we spent.

After days filled with pasta and pizza, we were looking for something different. So we ended up at Fior di Sale. The first impression was very good: very beautiful restaurant. Modern atmosphere. We had a starter, main dish, wine, beer and cocktails. The menu was very refreshing. All the food was beautiful plated, had a lot of taste and unexpected combinations from both Italian and non-Italian flavours. We would definitely recommend the crispy lasagne! So much flavour. But also the salmon taco and beef tartare were very tasty! The best of the evening was the service; very friendly, enthousiast and assertive.

Fantastic restaurant! The dishes are lovely and very surprising. They have well paired wines for a nice price. The ambiance is stylish but cosy. The service was great! They are very hospitable and accomodating!
