Super place, great food, unusual drinks, reasonable prices. if you are in Bologna and if there is 50% discount, it is a must! English good, no worries here.

Great restaurant with author kitchen WE love the cold spaghetti and the cocktails were excellent The music, the service and the whole ambience were in tone with the restaurant and the dessert were amazing

The service is slow and really arrogant, like a simple coffe we waited for half an hour I don’t think it was normale. Food is ok, sincerely we could find other places better with the same price we spent.

Everything went amazing. The food was exceptional, their aperol spritz has a little twist, the playlist fitted the atmosphere and emphasized it. 5/5

After days filled with pasta and pizza, we were looking for something different. So we ended up at Fior di Sale. The first impression was very good: very beautiful restaurant. Modern atmosphere. We had a starter, main dish, wine, beer and cocktails. The menu was very refreshing. All the food was beautiful plated, had a lot of taste and unexpected combinations from both Italian and non-Italian flavours. We would definitely recommend the crispy lasagne! So much flavour. But also the salmon taco and beef tartare were very tasty! The best of the evening was the service; very friendly, enthousiast and assertive.

Fantastic restaurant! The dishes are lovely and very surprising. They have well paired wines for a nice price. The ambiance is stylish but cosy. The service was great! They are very hospitable and accomodating!
